The service right from the reception till the end was exceptional. The staffs were very warm and helpful . And a special mention to the general manager too. The food were very delicious. I will recommend anyone to go there without second thoughts.

Could do a lot better!! We stayed for 15 nights so I think we have a good idea of this hotel Hotel facilities on the beach is great, water sport offering, kite boarding offering, and best was the diving for our little 8 year old, the dive center was fantastic and a real highlight of the trip. We have 2 small children 8 and 4 and every holiday we've been on we've alway struggled to get them out of kids club, they Normally love it, this wasn't the case here, the staff seem untrained, lazy and couldn't really be bothered to engage in activities. On picking them up the children both stated they were just left to play with no real interaction and they were very bored. Again we put this down to staff and the wrong staff in the wrong place, these were all young girls that didn't really seem bothered about playing with children. Food was okay we didn't get ill and always found something to eat even tho very very same same every day, they say there's a different night theme but other than the staff wearing different clothes the food is pretty much same every night. Staff in the food restaurant again 95% all look like they can't be bothered, they don't restock food fast enough, and then you ask for salad leaves and they bring you just enough rather than stocking the buffet. staff just seem lazy and can't really be bothered and no real management or leadership anywhere. Beach isn't a beach, it's man made with a very thin layer of sand, when it rains which it did then the beach starts to look like a building site. Sea and views are fantastic tho. Pool has a great kids area that's large and not deep with no access to the deep for the kids so this part very good. Reception staff seem again very grumpy and like they don't wanna be there which sort of seems the theme through out the hotel Do not pay for a cocktail as they are rubbish, the bar staff have no idea what a cocktail is or how to make. Expect all inclusive cocktails even if you're paying very poor. We stuck with beer and wine for the duration which both were decent. Weekends seem to be day pass entry so expect an influx of people, we couldn't work out what had happened as Saturday the place was crazy, groups of people drinking in the pool leaving glass bottles around the pool singing jumping in the pool from the bar decked area, then going to the buffet was like watching buffalo that had been starved, piling there plates like volcanos and the staff not stocking up so when we went was like digging for scraps. We asked around the next day and was told the hotel allow people in on a day pass all inclusive so expect a load of randoms. If it's a birthday also don't expect much, we witnessed a birthday and one member of staff brought a cake out, didn't light it until she got to the table and then muttered happy birthday, to be honest it was embarrassing and a pathetic attempt from the staff to celebrate a birthday. Tried to be as honest as possible as if we had read this we wouldn't have stayed for the duration we did, I think max stay here would be 2 - 3 nights and move on if you want a more inclusive hotel. A shame really as it could be so much better with better management and leadership…

To start "The hotel room was clean,nice and spacious. We were at Preskil for 2 nights to celebrate my husband's birthday & our wedding anniversary. We were warmly greeted by the GM Mr Teelwah , RM Krishna and Nandinee. Right from the beginning till the end it was perfect. The resort itself, the room was lovely, the grounds and beach were spotlessly clean & the views were amazing. However what let it down was the lack or attention from the staff ie the bar but more so in the restaurant, I honestly haven't seen a "don't care attitude" in a while. Also when I asked for something I felt like I had upset them or put them out? The views In this resort are absolutely stunning and really do over shadow any negative comments, but re-training/improved level of service would make it world class.

We had the pleasure of spending an unforgettable family holiday at Preskil Island Resort in November 2023. Our experience was marked by warm hospitality, fantastic service, and a few minor hiccups that were promptly resolved. Upon arrival, we were greeted by two friendly and welcoming staff members who ensured our check-in process was smooth and efficient. The resort exuded a lively and pleasant atmosphere, setting the stage for our stay. Our initial disappointment came during our first dinner at the main restaurant buffet. Unfortunately, by 8:30 pm, several dishes, including sausages, fish, pasta, and desserts, had run out. This was a letdown, especially with five teenagers in our group. However, our concerns did not go unnoticed, and we decided to address them with the hotel manager the following morning. To our delight, the response from the resort staff was nothing short of remarkable. From that point forward, the service we received was nothing short of 5-star quality, even in what is considered a 4-star hotel. The team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction, making us feel genuinely valued guests. A particularly memorable highlight was the special birthday celebration they organized for our daughter. This included additional chef-prepared snacks, complimentary wine bottles, dedicated waiters, and various thoughtful surprises. It was a level of personalization and care that truly stood out. Having visited several 5-star hotels in 2023, we can confidently say that our most satisfying experience was at Preskil Island Resort. We left with a deep sense of gratitude for the exceptional staff and a strong desire to return for our summer holiday next year. A special shoutout goes to the team at the boat house, whose passion and dedication to their roles did not go unnoticed. Though we can't recall all their names, their enthusiasm and professionalism were evident and added to our overall positive experience. Stayed for 4 nights late November 2023 for holiday before moving on to Perth. The rooms we were allocated were good, may advise request of ground floor room which had patios and chairs straight on the beach, we were 2 floors up. Food from the buffet which we had on our package was varied, it would be difficult not to find something you liked. The buffet though got rather busy at times and on one occasion we got up to look for desserts altogether and when we returned to the table it had been taken by another family! Small issue. The staff were very nice, a young employee who had started that week took us on a walk to nearby Blue Bay, Adriano was his name, he was very informative especially as we were his 2nd clients and a good example for the hotel as were the 2 lovely ladies in the towel cabana Sujata and Eleanore. We had a good , relaxing time here, used the spa, and relaxed after long flight from the UK before onward travel to Australia. It’s near the airport but we literally saw only a couple of planes over the 4 days. No negatives, I think you can generally give a good account if the staff are good and the place is clean which applied here.…
