Just had a weeks stay at N'Taba. First the good... the property is gorgeous, well maintained and tranquil. It's exactly the sort of place you can see yourself doing yoga by the pool or tai chi on the lawn. But since I do neither of those things, I'll just say it's picturesque. There are two pools by the spa (*) and restaurant/bar. The rooms are similarly nice. At first I felt like I was missing out of having the patio seating area that the ground floor rooms have, but once I got a chance to be in my upper floor room I realized I got the better deal. There more privacy on the upper floor and on a nice day you can leave the sliding door and drapes open and enjoy the fresh air without anyone looking in. The very high ceilings with the thatched roof also adds to the appeal of

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at N'taba River Lodge. The location was beautiful, the room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The hosts Bugs and Ivan were very hospitable as were all the staff. The 3 course dinner was delicious. I would highly recommend this lodge and wish I could have stayed longer; one night was not adequate to enjoy the beautiful surrounds.

We were extremely fortunate to have booked the Madiba suite which has a wonderful deck overlooking the river. Although the room is a little dark and the shower didn't work, we spent most of our time outside and the bath was big enough for two. The breakfast was great and the pool area quite lovely. We enjoyed a SPA bath where drinks were served.

Having decided upon a 3 night week retreat a week before we wanted to go, over December holidays, was a challenge - but it totally paid off. n'Taba River Lodge is beautiful and surrounded by some of the most lovely landscape in all the land. The accommodation was lovely and the location on the river is beautiful. The grounds are well manicured and gorgeous. The breakfasts were awesome, we never ate the evening meals as we were out every night. The staff were always friendly and helpful. My only, small, negative point would be that thee garage (Petrol station) behind the lodge is loud in the evening - but it is a small point. I would definitely be recommending it to my friends.

I stayed here for one night and I was pleasantly surprised. i did not have very high expectations since the place is in a rural town. Well I can say my expectations were exceeded. The rooms are spacious, clean and actually quite lovey. There is a nice, comfortable bed, TV, airconditioner and a fan. There is spacious wardrobe, with an extra blanket and a gown. The bathroom in my room had a shower and a nice basin. I loved the decoration in the room. I had dinner and breakfast, which were both good. Their prwan curry was very tastey. There is also free wifi (100mb a day). The grounds are so beautifu, with nice river and mountain view. The only small issue was the dinning hall staff who were not smiling that much, and the one who served me dinner was looking like she was really
