It has been generally good and continue improving especially some rooms where there bad smell on daily basis regardless of reporting the issue. Otherwise, the place is well located with clean environment and smiling staff.

Good environment and the best breakfast. I have serious issues with the quality of rooms. They are very basic and small bathrooms. The floor is peeling and needs some work. Poor entertainment with limited tv channels. However the internet is the best, very reliable and fast in rooms and outside.

my stay was good and reasonably comfortable, however online booking and inquiry was not very good and helpful as it did not clearly show room availability. access road from the main road is also not very very good, needs to be improved and sign posting need to be improved as well

The hotel allowed me to check in very early which was great at the start of a busy day. The staff is very friendly, helpful and attentive. The hotel also offers a complementary airport shuttle. The location is conveniently within a walkable distance to shops and restaurants - great for when you don't have a car. The only three drawbacks of the hotel are 1) the wifi signal was poor in my room (which was one further away from the main common areas of the hotel) 2) the floor in the room is polished cement and there was not a rug. Fortunately the hotel provided slippers - otherwise my feet would have been really cold on that floor and 3) from my ground floor room I could hear a good bit of noise.
