Here for a quick stop on the way to a wedding. The hotel was not busy at all so check in was simple and easy. We had multiple choices for rooms such as what floor, what direction to face, etc. The room was very nice and well appointed. It was very quiet and had a good HVAC system. Wi-Fi was good for streaming You Tube but had some difficulty streaming my DISH network shows from my DVR at home--it kept disconnecting--and it was a problem that I did not have the prior night at another Hampton. The breakfast area was deserted the next morning so we had no concerns about masks or distancing. The location is convenient to the highway and to a couple of places to eat. We'd definitely stay here again if we were in the area.
A great place to stay! Here to see family and thoroughly enjoyed the amenities of this property. The staff was friendly, helpful and cheerful. Don''t expect the usual excellent breakfast, but do enjoy the alternates which have been prepared to replace the usual breakfast during Covid-19 Pandemic
The cable tv wasn’t working very well and pixelated it self out but they had a pool and gym so we did that instead. The breakfast was good no bacon and eggs but still had a lot of good healthy choices
This hotel is a poor example of Hilton quality. First impressions are lasting and upon entering the staff behind the desk are wearing very wrinkled attire and are some face. Although it turned out that she and all others were friendly and as accommodating as they could be. We were not told that fresh towels had to be requested and did not see the little sticker on the mirror indicating so until the morning of checkout. Rooms need some updating. Booked room based on ratings of 4 and a half stars. If this is the best in the area I fear what the others are like.
My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a few nights and boy did we witness a lot. The Front desk staff depending on who you communicated with was okay. We waited a good amount of time for someone to come to the desk so we could check in, never welcomed as Hilton honors members or never told about the amenities the hotel offered. Im sure that was not up to Hilton honors standards but be looked past it. It seems as if they were able to wear whatever they wanted and didn’t look professional at all but more run down, as the woman had a huge stain on the front of her shirt. Which made me question their uniforms no one wore one. Every other hotel we’ve stayed at everyone looked very professional. At checkout 7/4 -the girl working the desk had on shoes with no socks, clothes that were extremely too small/tight and I believe she had on leggings! Which weren’t plain but ones that said “love” all over them. Forgive me for not catching her name but she never wore a name tag I think it started with an “A” but she does have long blonde hair. There’s NEVER anyone at the desk, whether you were calling down from the room or came down to the desk (which she advised to do) when I did go to the desk that was a good 10 minute wait until she came out of the office after knocking on the door. When she did come out of the office, I could tell she was highly bothered. No one wore masks at this location which was a bit disheartening. I love Hampton inns, which is my first choice of hotels whenever traveling but this one was by far a Hampton! I would love to say thank you to the housekeeping staff as it seems they don’t get recognition as much as they should but this location every housekeeper I ran into was beyond nice and helpful! Everyone I met always had a smile and went above and beyond! We needed new towels and our sheets changed and never did I feel as if I was a bother which was great! I can’t thank them enough! They do offer coffee in the lobby, when it isn’t ice cold from sitting out so long. Not sure of the brand but my husband really enjoyed it. The pool seemed pretty small. They do have a little store next to the front desk that I thought was pretty neat, but no one was ever around so I couldn’t purchase anything. The walls seemed real thin I could hear the guest next to us. Our room was very nice and spacious. The decor was beautiful, I love the incorporating of I love Lucy, how outstanding. This property is in need of some major improvements, please start with the front desk as they’re the first and last people we see. I didn’t bother to ask for recommendations for a restaurant or attractions near by because again, no one was at the desk. From this experience I don’t believe We’ll be returning guests here unfortunately.…
