But for TripAdvisor reviews, we never would have found or stayed here. And most review comments are spot on. We needed a place to stay for 6 nights while visiting family. Other than sleeping, we were never in our room more than 2 hrs per day. We saved about $60/day over the next lowest price in the area. This is NOT a destination resort. :-)
First, while badly needing renovating/updating, inside and outside, except for the updated small bathroom, the room was very clean and quiet. It was kind of like stepping back in to the 50's or 60's. 2 small table lamps in the room provided the only light and it wasn't much. Nice beds and bedding. We slept well. But . . . .
There is free WiFi that usually worked, a small flat screen for cable TV, an in-room refrigerator and microwave, and a soda machine in front of the office. And that's it. Sometimes, there apparently wasn't even any staff on site, much less an office open 24hrs a day.
No food, no coffee, no ice machine, no hair dryer, no complimentary shampoo or conditioner, no nothing. Just a very, very reasonably priced room for sleeping and showering. And we would stay again, at the price we paid, without question. There is a sign out front advertising a "week for $399." But you probably have to call the Towne Inn directly. 2 stars, but the very real value kicks it up to 3.5 stars, IMO, 5 stars? No way.

The rooms was very clean and price was well worth it. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The convenience of stores and shopping plazas made this trip even more enjoyable. I didn't want even have to drive everywhere as everything is within walking distance, even splash down was right up the street. Also the price of the rooms are very cheap, as the local competitors are charging nearly double for one night . Everyone was friendly and I would not think twice about staying here again. Thank you for a great stay.

Stop at this little inn on a long drive home. Front desk clerk very helpful with my questions. The rooms are very clean and the shower has instant hot water. Also they provide you basic amenities to get through the night such as cable TV. Was a great bargain. Will stop by again if ever in the area.

I booked this place based on availability in the local area and Tripadvisor reviews. Please do not go by any review but this one. This place is disgusting. It seems to be used for long term accommodation. There is nothing positive to say. The sheets were COVERED in hair and had stains all over them. The blankets had cigarette burns in them. The room stank of stale cigarette smoke. The bathroom door looked like it was kicked in, with cracks in it, as well as it hanging off the hinges and not being able to close. The towels smelled of cigarette smoke.
There was nothing at all redeemable about this place. I stopped here whilst visiting local universities, and honestly wish I had just spent the night in my car. For hours afterwards, the thought of this place made my gag reflex kick in. I'm not even complaining about the dust balls hanging off the 1950s picture on the wall, the pilling on the bedspread or the broken and stained lampshades... I just wanted a clean bed and towels, which could not be had here. I even went to reception to get new bedding, which had just as much hair over it. Gross. And expensive as well!
I felt taken advantage of by booking this place and hope this review will spare someone else the horrible experience I had here. Once again; just gross.

I was a little hesitant to stay here because the motel is older, but the clerk showed me the room before I rented. The beds were very comfortable and very clean. The room has LCD TV with alot of channels over a 100. The motel for the price is very reasonable compared to staying at other places down the road for double the price. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a comfortable and clean place to stay without all the fancy ammenities. The rooms do have free wifi.

I stayed at this motel and it was not bad at all. The staff members are very nice and it was all clean. The people around your room are very nice and my family and I were very comfortable in the room. There was cable and always had hot water. The shower pressure is super amazing. I would definitely recommend this Motel to stay in if you are in the area.

If your traveling on a budget and need a quiet clean please to stay this will fill the bill. Value but no thrills. No thrills. Just a small mom and pop hotel. It was clean shower hot. Not recommending a stay for single to traveling ladies, no inner doors. Plenty of security cameras every where. All I can say price is right.
