OMFG, do not book this place. I repeat, do not book this hotel. This hotel is beyond filthy, very uncomfortable, and very rude workers. Don't come here if you want to be happy. I will never come back here. Dirty towels.

This hotel was disastrous. Upon entering the room, there was the pungent smell of cigarette, holes in the comforter and brown stains on the white covering on the mattress. There were unsavory characters patrolling the premises and the premises appeared to be a brothel and not a hotel. Also, there were individuals in the hallway who appeared to be on drugs and it was a very discomforting experience.

My friend and I paid £70 to stay here for one night in August 2019 before our flight from JFK. We checked in at 10:00pm and checked out the next morning at 10:30am. It was only 2 days after we had landed that my friend noticed that not only had the £70 gone out of her account, but another £294 had been taken out in another transaction. After ringing up the hotel, she was told that the £294 was taken out because the television had been “smashed into a million pieces”. This is a complete and utter lie. As just said, we arrived at 10:00pm and straight away we felt unsafe. The hotel is in a very, very rough area, something which even the taxi driver commented on. There were gangs on every street corner and as two young girls, we felt very threatened. It was very unnerving to find that the hotel receptionist was sat behind a thick glass screen. I would not be surprised if it was bullet proof considering what area the hotel is situated in. The receptionist was very rude and unhelpful. When we arrived in the room, we felt very worried to see a guest safety leaflet listing things such as to keep the door bolted at all times and to not answer the door to anyone without knowing their identity first. At around midnight we had some random man banging on our door which terrified us even more. We had travelled around the US for three weeks prior to our stay at this hotel and we had never felt as unsafe as we did whilst staying here. The corridors in the hotel were filled with the smell of smoke and weed, and music and shouting could be heard from outside until the early hours of the morning making it very hard to sleep. My friend eventually got her stolen money back, however this was through the booking website we used, not the hotel. Avoid this place at all costs.…

This establishment is the worst thing known to Far Rockaway. This hotel host drug addicts, prostitutes and additional unsavory characters. The front desk receptionist is rude and lacks any type of intelligence. They’ve changed my room twice due to uncleanliness where the 3rd room had present blood on the walls and no seat on the toilet and wet floors (not due to mopping) one of the hotels cleaning staff had verbally advise me that she had cleaned the room with bleach but upon re entering there was still blood on the walls, no toilet seat and wet floors which caused my immediate check out. I will he pursuing them in court. I advise you not stay here.

No..just no. People yelling in the lobby at all hours. No taxi help as promised. Luckily a taxi stand is near by... if you dare. Hairs on sheets and an overall "sticky" feeling in the room. Satellite service on the television was awful, no extra towels, and at 185/night, i was glad to get my children out of there.
