Chobe Game Lodge was the perfect setting for good food, friendship, & viewing the wildlife in the park on game drives. The staff was flawless in carrying out their duties, & were friendly as if we were family. The game drive guides were amazing & full of knowledge. From the moment you arrive you are treated like long lost friends. The staff are simply wonderful. Our guide was Miss B and she was just perfect! We had river cruises and vehicle drives, saw so much game it was a real delight. The rooms are great, the food superb and the Boma a real highlight. We even had banded mongoose running around our feet to keep us amused! This trip was to celebrate my wife's significant birthday and the team made it very special for her.

My husband and I went to this lodge and really fell in love with it. The best part obviously are the game drives and the river cruises you will make, we've seen so many beautiful animals!!! Everything is perfectly organised to let you enjoy the best of it. The lunch and dinner are very good, and have also veg options. The staff is simply amazing. The room is really nice, clean and with lots of amenities. The guides are mostly women, and we really loved this part. They try to make people understand how professional and nice can be also a woman doing a 'usually manly job'. Monica, our guide, was simply amazing. She made us see male lions, elephants, Crocodiles and so on. I really think there's nothing I will change in this place. We spent 3 nights at the Chobe Game Lodge and enjoyed every minute. We booked in Suite 205 with the private plunge pool and courtyard with large 4 rooms. The weather was extremely hot, 38-40 C everyday and we'd previously been to Xakanaka and Le Laroo La Tau.... the AC at the Chobe Lodge was a welcome relief and we got to catch up on our sleep. We did the evening boat cruise once and 1 morning game drive. By this time we were near the end of our month long trip and had seen most of the animals so we chose to rest and relax in our pool most of the time, besides there were plenty of Warthogs and Baboons to watch from our deck - one Baboon even leapt from our roof top down to the deck and over the side - it was awesome! Food was fantastic and the staff were amazing!

The best service I have ever had. The staff could not do enough for you. We had a wonderful 4 days and didn't want to leave. We fell in love with Chobe, CGL, LEXI, CHENJIE, MR RICHIE, MR LESH, CAPTAIN and then made pur trip so memorable, fun and made us feel so special.

There are not enough superlative words one can use to describe our wonderful, magical stay at Chobe Game Lodge. The lodge is the only camp inside the park so you are first onto the river and into the park on the game drives. And you will see everything you came to see on your African safari. The animals along the river are abundant. Just when you have thought that you saw everything, you see something new on the next game drive. We saw hundreds of elephants, dozens of zebra, dozens of giraffes, maybe 20 lions ( males and females), and more. Next the facilities are terrific. The room is very comfortable and the meals are terrific. Finally, the people there are wonderful. This was the first of our 4 camp safari -- and they set the bar almost impossibly high. Upon our arrival at the airport, the Chobe Game Lodge team immediately set the tone for a relaxing and unforgettable stay. The journey to the lodge itself offered breathtaking views and remarkable wildlife encounters. Our driver thoughtfully paused multiple times, allowing us to fully absorb the beauty of the surroundings and capture those moments with photographs. Throughout our time at Chobe Game Lodge, we had the pleasure of experiencing numerous remarkable wildlife sightings. We appreciated the variety of activities at our disposal, taking full advantage of river safaris, both morning and evening land safaris, and an extensive six-hour safari that our driver Ana took us on an adventure further afield, complete with a picnic breakfast overlooking the river and a large herd of zebra grazing nearby. We were treated to exceptional encounters with a wide array of wildlife. The majestic lion pride, vast herds of elephants, and the sighting of African wild dogs stood out as the highlights of our Chobe Game Lodge experience. Had a great time here and saw and learnt so much with the help of the very knowledgeable guides. Helps that this is the only lodge in the Park so we could get to the animals early - before everyone else! We did drives and boat trips and enjoyed them all. The Lodge staff are so friendly and helpful and we were pleased with everything from the food to the laundry service!
