Experiencing wildlife in such a beautiful setting - I didn't think it was still possible these days! After the arrival in Kasane, we had a transport to the Lodge, around 4h on paved and dirt roads. The drive itself is an adventure already and if you're lucky, you get to see a lot of animals already. Once you arrive at...

1. Staff - Everyone was as kind, friendly and helpful as they could possibly be. The guest-focused service could not have been better. 2. Food - Coming from a foodie: the meals were amazing! They are also able to customize to dietary restrictions. 3. Location - The hilltop views were astounding! There is not another building in sight and the...

Wow! Where do I even begin? My partner and I were traveling in a group of 13 and Botswana was our second stop on our 2.5 week trip. It was absolutely magical! Completely secluded with no other villages around for a hundred miles, it was truly an authentic, African experience. From the moment we pulled into the camp the staff...

Hi Sarah Thanks for your glowing review of our lodge! We're glad you and your group of travellers enjoyed your stay at our secluded lodge. A huge drawcard for our lodge (apart from the location and game viewing) is the atmosphere. Nanette and Abram are very generous, warm and welcoming hosts. However, their kindness and professionalism does not stop there...

Our family of 5 had an amazing stay. The location on top of the highest hill in the savannah for 100 miles, being wonderfully served with exquisite fresh gourmet food, viewing game at the watering hole, relaxing in the pool and being guided by Vasco to see leopards was beyond belief. I would have loved to spend two restive, restorative...

From the second we arrived at Ghoha Hills we were treated like family. There were twelve of us traveling together and each of us left feeling like we had the best experience possible! The GM's, Abram & Nanette, were there from Hello to Goodbye to make sure we were well taken care of. Our guides Zambo and Ran were professional,...

We have travelled in Botswana often over the past decade plus and had not been to this area of the country previously. This area was different from the Okavango Delta area and the Linyanti - Savuti - Salinda area to the west of this park. First the Ghoha Hills as a geographic feature area beautiful. And the lodge sits up...

Hi John Thank you for your review and your thoughts. Your response and thoughts about our reserve and state of the area are valued. I don't think we've enjoyed such a detailed, in-depth review in such a long time. You've really given a clear account of what to expect at our luxury lodge. Our area is vastly different to the...

What a privilege it was to have stayed at wonderful Ghoha Hills. The only downside was that 2 nights was not long enough. Set high on a hill, above the beautiful plains of Savuti, the views are spectacular. A watering hole below the camp, affords the chance to see game as they come to slate their thirst on a daily...

Hi There Thanks so much for your positive feedback! Next time you will have to stay longer at Ghoha. Although, in the two days you still managed to see a wealth of big game. Watching elephants and buffalo congregate at the waterhole truly is one of the best things you'll see. Nanette, Abram and the rest of the staff are...

Top quality gracious hospitality. Attention was paid to every detail of the stay from the initial greeting to the accommodations to the food. Views of the sunset/sunrise and waterhole from high on the hill were among the highlights of our trip to Botswana.
