I cannot recommend Tintswalo Safari Lodge enough. This is my wife and I's second time visiting and it did not disappoint! During our first trip a wild elephant came up to us on the deck during breakfast, and that was the moment I knew I had to share this experience with my family. This time around we took my parents and Tintswalo went OVER and beyond to make sure their first trip to Africa was special. Now my parents are hooked and are already planning on returning to Tintswalo Safari Lodge. Pro tip: Ask for Al and Reply! If they aren't available to host you, no worries, everyone of their guides are great!

We just spent 4 nights at the resort and it was amazing! The staff are wonderful and welcoming, the food delicious and plentiful, the accommodation great. We saw a huge array of animals and our guide and tracker were very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend it!

Spent three nights at Lodge. The rooms are all separate villas that are large and extremely well appointed. The safaris were extraordinary. Exceptional guides, dedicated to making you see all that you can. Very knowledgeable. Dining was excellent and surprise venues for dining were a real treat. Entire staff friendly and helpful.

What a wonderful stay with 6 of us friends - personal chef, driver, tracker, we saw elephants and baboons right outside our place, the food and drinks and service were amazing!!! I felt very safe and could not have asked for better service.

Where do we start! Our stay at Tintswalo was the most dreamy experience! We cannot say enough good things about our stay. The staff went above and beyond to give us the experience of a lifetime - very attentive and kind. Our room, pool, and patio had a wonderful view of the pathway the elephants took to get to the watering hole. We saw elephants passing by all day just meters away! The game drives are incredible, our guides Daniel and Pardon were the best and extremely knowledgeable, we felt truly immersed in the bush and amongst the animals, while still respecting them and their space. Daniel positioned us to allow a lot of the animals to come to us, and they did, rather than forcing the experience or making them uncomfortable. The respect Daniel and Pardon had for them was a huge standout for us, as not all guides at other lodges follow this rule. The food was incredible, as were the variety of settings we went to for brunch or dinner. Lonic always looked out for us and what we wanted, with a mimosa in hand for when we returned from morning drives. The turndown service was personal, with notes written by our housekeeper and towel animals on our bed! Our family of 8 adults and 4 children between the ages of five and eight was a truly unforgettable experience. The staff went above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced before. They were especially great with the children, which was very special considering a lot of private parks are 18+. The rangers and trackers were incredibly talented and heightened our safari drives. I could sit for hours and watch them track animals, but thankfully we also got some unreal sightings of lion, rhino, elephant, and even rare Sable.

Tintswalo Game Lodge was an amazing experience from the spectacular game viewing to the beautiful rooms, to the delicious food served in various locations. The guides and trackers were knowledgeable and interesting and worked hard to find animals to view. Our housekeeper came twice a day and made us feel very cared for and spoiled. The staff worked hard to make every meal interesting and delicious. This was an incredible experience and one we will always remember. We feel very grateful to have experienced Tintswalo and all it had to offer.

We had three days in the Manor house with a family of grandparents, their kids and grandkids. Our stay in the Manor house made us feel like part of the family. I would absolutely recommend this as the best game sighting, cullinary and social experience you could have as family.
