We traveled to Inyati in July of 2022 with my husband and 90 yr old mother. From the moment we arrived we were treated like gold. They listened to what we wanted from the experience and worked hard to make that happen. The guides and trackers were knowledgeable about all the animals and birds that we saw. They allowed us time to sit and enjoy the animals so that we could truly experience their beauty. Our lodgings were comfortable and private. We felt like we had our own corner of the lodge to ourselves. While no experience is perfect, there is nothing I would have changed about our time. Would highly recommend the entire team at Inyati.
Excellent game viewing, better than anywhere else. Great food, nice people. They are carefull about allergies. Nice view, you can see the elephants from your room. At night you have to be escorted, because there is no fence.
What an experience! We had THE BEST time there. The game viewing was awesome and Omega and Joel were superb at getting us up close - their skill at finding the animals and being able to read the situation was outstanding. The lodge was fabulous, very comfortable with some lovely touches, and the food (of which there was plenty) was really good too. We especially loved that the animals could roam in the grounds and it was quite a surprise to find an elephant outside our room! The staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The whole experience had a profound impact on our two teenagers and both are keen to return in the future (hopefully they’ll be paying for themselves!). There are cheaper ways to ‘do’ safari but honestly this is worth every penny. Thank you Inyati for giving us memories that will last a lifetime. Until next time….…
We to do both on our planned Safari Trip - a self drive tour in Kruger and a guided two day game drive at Inyati - and we are so happy to have opted for both. While the self-drive was a very cool introduction into the Kruger, where we already got to see quite the amount of animals, the stay at Inyati was nothing short of live changing. See the Big 5? Sure, why not twice a day? Starting from the lodges and ending with the simply amazing Rangers is it fair to say that Inyati offers the best value for money ration in the Saby Sands region. Sure its still pricey, but this is a once in a lifetime experience that I am very happy to have spent the money on!
We stayed here in the 1990s and had a WONDERFUL experience... I think my sister and myself were the first children they let come, and they took special care of us on a walking safari and local fishing. We have a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and I hope to take my family there someday. I have nothing but the highest possible recommendation!
Just amazing! Saw so much the first 3 outings! People were gracious, helpful, informative and very passionate about what they do and to make your stay memorable! If you have any desire to see Africa, do put it on your list and plan for it. I would certainly go again and again!
Fantastic Lodge - situated in leopard country. We saw leopards every single day, in different activities like mating, eating, playing, relaxing. I was there with a group of wildlife photographers. We made amazing pictures. Great variety of landscape, experienced guides! Nice rooms, very well equipped. The lodge has a good size - not so big, really personal, staff takes care of you. Delicious food - great variety. Unforgettable experience!
The Inyati team was excellent. Very friendly and experienced. Every game drive brought us up close to something new. Leopard and lion sightings were particularly strong. Highly recommended for a safari in the Sabi Sands!
Simply amazing! Will definitely go back to Inyati. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. The food was great! The safaris were extraordinary. We saw the big 5 and more almost every day that we were there. 100% recommend the Inyati experience!!!!
Everything about Inyati was wonderful. From the warm welcome upon our arrival to the beautiful lodge and comfortable, well-appointed room, to the thrilling game drives. The setting at Inyati is spectacular. A river runs along the property line, and from the open air living room we watched groups of animals move across the expanse across the river. The staff were very friendly. Our game drive guide and tracker found all of the big five and much more, teaching us a lot about the animals, birds and vegetation along the way. And the food was delicious and plentiful.
