Close to wonderful beach of Seminyak famous for its waves and one of the best world sunset. Close to district shopping of Jalan Oberoi, Jalan Seminyak and Jalan Legian. Rent car and motorbike available (extra cost). Delivery food available (extra cost). In Villa Massage available (extra cost). Tours to Ubud, Tanan Lot, Umalas, Lovina, Kintamani, Gili Islands available (extra cost). Free transport from/to airportVilla Alice is a complex of two villas with a common area for staff and parking. Each one villa has 2 bedrooms with ensuite open air bathroom, large living room with american kitchen, big garden with private pool. Villa 2 is 210 sqm on a land of around 600 sqm. Each one villa is fully equipped and 5 staff people work there during the day. Security served all night. Very difficult to find new building (2011) in Seminyak area with big garden, big bedrooms, big living. Breakfast is served very morning at time of guest wake up. Available private chef for lunch or dinner or barbecue (extra cost).

We stayed at Villa Alice Dua for 9 nights & absolutely loved our stay. The villa is incredible - just huge! We were blown away by the size of the pool & grassed area especially. Where most villas only offer a small tiled area, Villa Alice has a large grassed area offering plenty of sun and shade. The staff are just wonderful. Extremely friendly, kind & helpful. They helped us with restaurant recommendations and activities - we didn’t need to approach a tour operator in the street. We had everything we needed at Alice Villa. The bedrooms were spacious, great air conditioning & the outdoor bathrooms were lovely. Thank you for having us! We will definitely be back :)

We stayed at Villa Alice for 5 nights from 26th-31st July and can’t fault it! From the pickup at the airport at 3am, amazing breakfast daily and organising a driver for a day trip to Ubud and to be dropped in Uluwatu. The place was immaculately clean and the staff were there at any time of day if anything was needed. 24 hour security was amazing as well. We all absolutely loved our time at Villa Alice and are already missing laying by the beautiful pool. Thank you so much to Made and his staff! We will definitely be back next time we are in Seminyak!

Highly recommend Villa Alice! What a beautifully designed, super clean and seriously spacious villa. It has absolutely everything you need and the staff are welcoming and so attentive. They cook your breakfast each morning in the kitchen of your villa and clean up everything afterwards. They check in with you via message or in person during the day then return early evening to light mosquito coils and provide a turn down service, plus daily servicing, all without being obtrusive. We stayed 7 nights, it's in the perfect location for access to shopping and plenty of restaurants. The photos are stunning but it's even better in the flesh,all areas are enormous and the bathrooms are heaven. You will not be disappointed staying here.

it was the best villa it was a wonderfull breakfast made and his staff were so wonderfull i loved everything about villa alice 1 the best pancakes were yummy and wonderfull the pool was wonderfull the bedrooms and the bathrooms were good tv was the best everything els so wonderfull it is in a good view and in a good street the restaurants were so wonderfull

We are currently at Villa Alice 1 and can’t recommend this place highly enough if you are considering it. The location and villa is truly amazing and agree with other reviews it’s even nicer in real than the photos. Staff are very friendly and everything is so clean
