Three nights are actually a bit more than 2 days. I spent twice 2 nights there, and it was always much too short in my opinion. But it depends if you're someone who always needs to be physically active . Things to do there: have wonderful meals, late breakfast, high-tea, wine testing; drive through the wine estates in the area, scroll through the hills, the wine fields and the forests, get pampered, swim, read, think, dream, try the labyrinth... ie just relax and enjoy time.
