We recently visited Berry Guest Farm on a road trip through the Western Cape.We found it well maintained and clean, very inviting. The owner and his daughter went out of their way to make us feel welcome and took a real interest in us,with a trip to the “Enchanted Forest” on a motorcycle for one of our family members. They are super people and run the farm in a way that makes everyone feel special. I would encourage anyone to go and take a look at this special place and maybe stay awhile.

Nothing like an owner run establishment. The owners are very friendly and welcoming and always there to assist. Facilities are clean and great activities for the kids. I Highly recommend staying here.

We joined a group for a weekend away last weekend and what a treat. Beautifully kept gardens, basic but perfectly comfortable accommodation, and activities that brought out the child in all of us. We loved every minute from the warm welcome to the reluctant departure, we will be back!

We have children ages between 7 and 11 and this was a great place for the family to relax and enjoy what is organised for children on a long journey. The host family were very welcoming to us and very enthusiastic in helping our children to enjoy their time there. My daughter spotted a small antelope close up among the berry bushes. They all enjoyed the evening search in the forest. I was able to get a bit of work done on my laptop beside the small lake that they have. We met another nice family and the children played with various other children who we met while there. Nice pool, garden, forest walk, maze, hosts, lake, canoe / kayak? and very close to the shops in town for the sake of self-catering. Fantastic views of the mountains. All round is was a good nice relaxing experience.
