The place is very well located, with clean and well accomodated rooms. Safe close parking. The view from the upper rooms is just amazing, giving a lanscape on all Somerset West, Mountains & Oceans. The hosting family is very kind, friendly and careful about all your needs. If you're on a business trip, the wifi connection is very efficient. All is very perfect, a place I will definitely return during my next trip there.

I will make this my home away from home. The hosts are friendly and professional. The accommodation is classy and clean. The view over False Bay spectacular. You’re surrounded by so many great restaurants and the Winelands a few minutes drive away. We had a great stay and will return.

What a lovely apartment, very clean and spacious with a fully fitted kitchen, lounge area and super spacious shower. There was even a washing machine. Beds were very comfortable with crisp, clean linen. Such friendly and helpful hosts, Ian and Mabel, thank you so much for making our stay so comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

One of the most comfortable experiences yet. My room had beautiful finishes with everything needed to look after myself. The owners could not have been friendlier, and i departed wishing I could just stay forever! Dudley Wolhuter Somerset West.

Thank you Roosboom for warm welcome upon arrival, and Attention to detail.Second time I stayed and consider it a home away from home. Views are breathtaking and the garden room is very comfortable, as is the deck for a quite read, weather permitting. I would also like to thank Shirley for her housekeeping. Spotless. Will most definitely stay again and recommend for travelers who like comfort with care and excellent wifi (free).

A home away from home ! Great location. Fantastic accommodation and welcoming hosts. Safe-off street parking. Excellent Wi-Fi. Luxurious apartment with comfortable bed, all the mod-cons and a very well kitted-out kitchen. Private, peaceful and tranquil. Stunning views over False Bay. The owners are kind, friendly and exceptionally helpful. Pretty much perfect for my purposes. 100% recommended. I will definitely return.

Roosboom guest apartments situated with easy access to main roads, highways and shopping centers. Friendly and charming owners. The apartment was spotlessly clean, fully supplied and very comfortable. High standard beds and bedding with high quality furnishing throughout. The staff were friendly and helpful. Secure under cover off street parking. Highly recommended for a very comfortable stay. (The only item missing : tissues)

We stayed at Roosboom Guest Apartments whilst attending a Medical Conference during the day at a nearby venue. Our friendly hosts, Ian and Mabel walked the extra mile to make our stay most relaxing, comfortable and memorable. We enjoyed a hearty, well prepared breakfast every morning. Highly recommendable!!

We had the pleasure of staying at Roosboom during ou December 2015 Holiday. We where welcomed with open arms by the owners Ian and Mabel. Roosboom is a home away from home. The accomdation has everything one needs and more and that at an affordable rate. We will come back again! Highly recommended venue! With a view to die for.
