This was our BEST stay on our road trip. This lodge is ideal for people who love staying a bit more remote and love farm life. We got random visits of a ginger cat who we named “ krummel” and made our stay even better. Was sad to say goodbye. The decor is amazing and you get lost in the creativity of the owner who hand crafted the items. Its wi fi friendly and has a TV which we never used because we were caught up in the scenery outdoors. Will definitely go back to visit again and I would recommend this place without a doubt.
A marvellous, unique cottage on the edge of the village, with everything we needed for a peaceful, private and comfortable stay. Fully self contained with well-equipped kitchen, nice bathroom, cute verandah, bit studio bedroom (with comfy sofa). Nice welcome. Great views.
Do not be fooled when you first see your accommodation. Give yourself at least 2 hours there and then you will feel the special magic of the place. We stayed in Chalet no 1 which was very private. It has everything you want from a self catering place, they even give you firewood for the BBQ. Heater, hairdryer, microwave, kettle, stove,(no oven) etc all supplied. You even get coffee, tea, milk and sugar. Has good Wifi reception and you can watch Netflix. You have your own parking space next to your Chalet. You are about 1 km from Hotel in Prince Albert which is a lovely, safe walk. Feels safe as you are on a farm. Lots of very good restaurants and coffee shops in Prince Albert. If you want peace and quiet and love nature this is the place for you
We stayed in the cabin attached to the main house and it was lovely, you get complete privacy from the main house with the patio looking out towards the mountains. Decor is Italian/Beach Shack, very well thought out, especially the kitchen and bathroom. Every amenity you'd need, friendly yet unintrusive service we wanted to live there.
The Guest House was clean and comfortable. It is quite isolated, being just outside the town. It is very dark and very quiet at night. I didn't feel comfortable, but I am not used to country living...
