This place is amazing, I can't fault it on any level. When we arrived we were greeted so warmly by Shannon and were shown around our room and the communal areas of the accommodation. I say room but it was more like a private lodge. We had a huge living area with sofa, dining table and kitchen area with 3 beds edged around the room. On the mezzanine level there was an individual toilet then a huge double room with a shower and cordoned off toilet area. The communal area of the lodgings was huge and it really felt like you were being entertained in someone's living room, it had a really warm cozy feel to it. There was a lovely cold selection of fruits/bread and cereal everyday for breakfast and we were always asked by Jonathan or Thandie what we would like as a cooked order. I

Stayed at Victorskloof Lodge with two colleagues over a weekend, whereas I usually stay at a friend's place in Hout Bay so this was a novelty for me. The room (#2) was comfortable, clean and had all the facilities that I required - combined with great views from the bed across Hout Bay. Very good breakfast on offer with the staff very attentive - only ate the one morning as we had wedding breakfast at a venue on the other morning.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Victorskloof Lodge for 5 nights last week. Upon arrival we were welcomed by Derek (the new owner) and Jonathan the manager. Jonathan gave us a toor of the Lodge and settled us into our room. During our stay nothing was a problem and it felt like we were really part of the family. We spent a lovely afternoon by the swimming pool, and on other days the great Hout Bay location meant we were close to vineyards and Camps Bay when we wanted to venture further afield. I also spent a few hours in the onsite day spa, where Pinky gave a fantastic massage and facial. If we didn't live half a world away we would be back again very soon!

I was blown away by Victorskloof Lodge! What an amazing property with breathtaking views of Hout Bay. The new management have just taken over, and already have achieved so much, but there is still some way to go. It has huge potential. I think this place was built all about entertaining and lifestyle. I'm looking forward already to going back!

I recently stayed at Victorskloof lodge and it was really amazing. The attention to detail is what really impressed me. From the time I arrived to the time I departed I was made to feel completely at home and relaxed. The room that I stayed in was very neat and clean and had all the fascilities that I required. The views from the lodge over Hout Bay are breathtaking. One of the best things about my stay was the breakfast spread. Thank you all so much for a wonderful stay. I will be returning.
