This is and excellent lodge with comfortable facilities, brilliant view, a hearty breakfast and world class hospitality. Tucked away just of the main routes, access to Cape Town and the Airport is very simple. Definitely gets my vote!!

We thought this was a lovely place to stay, the breakfasts were great, the view was spectacular and the staff couldn't do enough to help. The suite we got was spacious and comfortable. I have seen another recent review by someone thats more critical, i think this is down to a difference in expectations. Take the pool as an example, it wasn't a big infinity pool and the area hadn't been recently updated, but my kids used it several times and enjoyed it. If you want contemporary perfection in all areas, you'll need to book a 5 star hotel.... Anyway, if we come to Cape Town again, we will book in here again, it's a lovely place to stay.

A great place, we got a very nice family room with two bedrooms and a terrace with a spectacular view. Friendly staff and beautiful rooms. Honour bar system, which I always like, and well functioning WiFi everywhere.

I am one of those annoying people who can pick fault with anywhere I stay, however, I genuinely can't think of anything. To say this place is value for money is an understatement. We were given such a warm welcome by Shannon, the owners daughter, who took time to chat and show us around. We very quickly felt that we were staying with old friends, who let us get on with things, but were always there if we needed advice, help or just a friendly chat. Jonathan the manager deserves a special mention as his lovely smile and 'can do' attitude is a credit to the owners. I had two superb massages in the on site Spa, both carried out by the sweet and lovely Pinky. The room was split level and huge! Everywhere was spotlessly clean, and the view from our room was beyond spectacular... my
