It was a pleasure to return to this very cosy B&B. It feels familiar and it is within walking distance of most the relevant places in Franschhoek. There is the warm welcome by Elsa and Jacco, the excellent breakfasts in the small garden (weather permitting). Easy access and parking, clean: a home away from home.

Perfect location, room was a little strange in the attic witht he bath being in the same room which was unusual. Breakfast was excellent and the staff are very helpful.
Location is perfect for access to the main street.
Would stay again for a short break

The property is very conveniently located for most shops and restaurants and is s short drive from the Wine tram. + beautiful old property with small pool, welcoming staff, fantastic breakfast. - the rooms are located in what was the roof space so ceiling heights are very low in parts (though short, I bumped my head several times). Insufficient hot water for two showers.

Elsa and Jaco our hosts warmly welcomed us and were attentive to our needs all the time we were there. Breakfasts were extensive with cereals, fruit, cheeses etc. and of course the traditional English breakfast. We enjoyed our stay so much, we have already booked for next year for the Franschhoek Literary Festival.

This guesthouse is quirky- but in the very best way. With some rooms tucked under the attic roof, and gorgeous old farm-style furniture, this is far from a bland designer hotel. Centre-Ville oozes charm and so do its kind owners. We had the most perfect stay, treated like family guests. Convenient parking provided just across the road if there driveway is full. Beautiful small garden area, and peaceful sleep!

Elsa and Jaco were fantastic hosts at this superb B+B in Franschhoek. We felt at home with them. Their place is 15 minutes walking to the Tram Station for the wine tasting experience. Their breakfast was great!

Mr & Mrs Naude, where such amazing hosts, so warm and welcoming, our room was emaculate and gave such a homely feeling like if you where in a time period. Was so central we could walk everywhere. Breakfast in the Mornings was so well presented and cozy.
We will be returning.

Elsa and Jaco are the most amazing hosts - nothing was too much trouble. We were thoroughly spoilt and felt wonderfully comfortable in the beautifully appointed rooms with luxurious bed linen and towels. Then there was the best breakfast we’d had in years with immaculately set table and starched linen serviettes. Great location in the centre of town.

A lovely quirky guest house in a great location in Camps Bay - just a 10 minute stroll to the main centre and beach front. Ralf made us very welcome and we stayed in the Italian Suite with a fabulous view of the sunset. Breakfast was lovely and fresh in the also quirky garden next to the pool.

We absolutely loved this guesthouse. It’s so beautiful & has everything you need. Bed & pillows comfortable, air con if you need it. Bathroom large & shower excellent. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. Fresh delicious fruit / cereals etc. & cooked breakfast as well. Wonderful quality & great coffee. Our host & other staff could not do enough for us. Very welcoming & made you feel at home. Lovely pool area as well. Very close to shops & restaurants. Highly recommend.

It is a very welcoming b & b - very small pool and sitting areas. There is no garden as such. Breakfast is wonderful - the hosts are charming and our room was comfortable. We were out and about most of the time ( we had a week there) so the lack of 'garden' as such was not a problem. Yes, prices are high there now....
