Centre-Ville is a 4-Star Guest House in the center of the village within 3min walking distance to all the shops, galleries and village restaurants.This gracious Victorian Beauty was build in 1905 and has been fully renovated without losing the old world charm with origin floors and high ceilings.We have eight tastefully decorated en-suite rooms each with its own theme.

Warm welcome from the hosts. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a fridge equipped with ice and sachets of milk for our tea or coffee. A full cannister of rusks was on the tray for night time or morning nibbles. An excellent full breakfast with attentive service. All together a lovely stay.

The hostess was more than accommodating when we asked for an early check in. She, and all the staff, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The property is stylish, well kept and well equipped. All the amenities were luxurious and we certainly felt that we received great value for money. It is an easy walk from all the main Franschhoek attractions, including the wine tram and main street.

We had a lovely stay with Elsa, Jaco and Wendy. We were advised in making dinner reservations, the suggestion for the French Connection was the best. It was a room at the top of the house but it was very comfortable. Breakfast was also splendid and well taken care off, lots of choices and very friendly brought to us..... Thank you for a wonderfull stay!

Beautiful guest house, perfect location. What more could you ask for!! Rooms were simply beautiful and the owners were lovely and helpful.
Also a really lovely breakfast to set you for the day.
There is parking outside but you don't need your car throughout the stay as the location is a few minutes walk from the town.
Would definitely recommend.

It felt like a home away from home. The staff and owners were extremely friendly and helpful and there were so many little touches that made me feel like I was not just another guest. i would highly recommend them and look forward to hopefully going back soon.

It was really very enjoyably to stay in the guest house, feel as dear friend to Elsa and Joco Naude. Everything set up in the house to feel you as in the house of friends, seating room with fire place and books, piano and sherry to relax after the day of exploring the towns and near wine farms, the mounts and gardens. Breakfast room with beautifully set up with breakfast tables to have a full breakfast. The bedrooms are cozy and comfortable, well organized and well ventilated with fresh air from the mountains. The stuff of the house are friendly and very helpful, Alrenzo is very hearty with any help you need and advise. Nice place to stay for sure!

Our stay in the Abundance room was super comfortable! The bed and bath were especially amazing and the scent of wood that filled the room made our experience at Centre-Ville extra special. The breakfast was top quality. Thanks for making us feel right at home, Elsa and Jaco!

This is such a special Guest House in beautiful Franschhoek. The guest house is a beautiful old world style and incredibly well run. The charm and vibe of it soaks into your soul! Elsa and Jaco make you feel SO welcome...this is our 4th if not 5th time staying here ...... and it is like staying with your favourite family members! Very comfortable, clean rooms where your pillows are fluffed & puffed every morning. You can enjoy a delicious breakfast of fresh fruit, freshly cooked muffins & breads & cooked choices too! Jaco makes a pot of the best coffee! All served in the delightful setting of the garden. Delightfully dressed tables and the whole place just exudes "relax"! Fantastic location for the tempting shops & restaurants of Franschhoek! You can while away the hours gazing at the backdrop of mountains surrounding the Franschhoek valley! Definitely our special place! Thank you Elsa, Jaco and team of lovely ladies who make our stays so special!

Don't think twice! This is a wonderful guest house located in the center of beautiful Franschhoek. Its charming owners Elsa and Jacko did an amazing job restoring the house, which resulted in a cozy, comfortable, beautiful and elegant home with family history and attention to the smallest details, where all guests feel comfortable, at ease, surrounded by care and attention. It is always so lovely, inspiring and heart-warming when the harmony of a beautiful location is enhanced by the hard work, love and dedication of good people. I would be very glad to come back here again and bring my family.

The hosts were warm and super friendly and made us feel at home and welcome. The room was stunning, and the breakfast out of this world. The hosts have made sure that there were extra lights in case of loadshedding. The attention to detail in the room and the breakfast was superb.Will definitely come back.

It is a very welcoming b & b - very small pool and sitting areas. There is no garden as such. Breakfast is wonderful - the hosts are charming and our room was comfortable. We were out and about most of the time ( we had a week there) so the lack of 'garden' as such was not a problem. Yes, prices are high there now....
