Our one night stay was much too short! From the welcoming hospitality, friendly, accommodating staff, excellent dinner and breakfast, beautiful gardens and pools and luxurious accommodation, Angala couldn't be faulted. Our luxury cottage was well appointed with beautiful views over a private garden and vines in the distance ( it shares the property with Vrede and Lust wine estate). Its secluded position at the top of a hill makes for a tranquil, most relaxing breakaway from the pressures of everyday life.

My wife and I visited from 25-27 April 2021. Natural beauty, homely with such luxury. Attention to detail to make your stay a memorable one. Friendliness all around. Aubrey, Dane, Carmen and the team always availble. Breakfast on the patio a treat. Variety of pools, steam room and sauna adds to the fun and enjoyment. Taking a walk on the mountain trail or spending leisure time around the establishment with its well kept grounds to relax. Spoilt with tasting vouchers to enjoy at top class wine estates. Drinks on the patio at sunset before enjoying delicious dinners, fine dining style. We love everything about Angala. Will certainly be back.

I needed a little time out to relax, and that is just what I got here, from the moment I arrived. Welcomed by a friendly team. My room was lovely. The food was incredible. I loved the three pools, swimming with the tadpoles early in the morning watching the sunrise was lovely. I left feeling very relaxed and planning my next trip

The natural pool is beautiful to look at, but if you are not a fan of tadpoles, rather make use of the other pool on the premises. The sauna was a lovely treat and the peaceful atmosphere is great for reconnecting. Although the room has a lovely outside area, the room itself was a bit claustrophobic.
