We had a 2 night stay at Maison Chablis and was very pleased with our choice of B&B. There are many to choose from in the town but the warm welcome, comfortable rooms and hearty would be hard to beat.

Agree with the rest, we drove ourselves. There were wine tours from Cape Town that went there but transport was literally for the day, not a stopover.
