Best place we stayed in a 2 wk tour of s. Africa. Lovely greeting (with cold drinks- why doesn’t everyone do this?). Spacious room, easy to put your stuff everywhere (important!) excellent bed, huge bathroom w/nice shower. Had a corner room with wraparound balcony w/sea view, plus fridge and a nice mini kitchen down the hall (microwave, dishes) . Fantastic breakfast with good coffee (vital!). Only booked 2 nights but in hindsight, would have booked a week or 2, or more! Checked out at 5 am, and they were kind enough to leave us a delicious breakfast to go, fruit, juice, toasted egg sandwiches, all packaged up, with the cappuccino machine turned on and paper cups at the ready so we could hit the road with sustenance and caffeine (and not hangry). So appreciated that! Perfect location too, of course. Hope we can come back and will highly recommend to our Canadian friends!

During April 2021 my husband and I had the absolute privilege of staying at the Supertubes Guesthouse in Jeffreys Bay.
What a delight of a place! Warm, friendly, professional, gorgeous and in the most beautiful location ever. Our room had a sea view from our own private balcony and was luxurious yet not overstated, homely yet beautiful.
The staff at this gorgeous place is simply amazing and owner Maresa is a gem of a person.
The breakfast was to die for and we were so fortunate with the weather that on the Sunday we could have our breakfast alfresco on the veranda overlooking the stunning supertubes surfing beach.
My ONLY regret is that I didn't discover this special gem of a guesthouse earlier!
And being part of the Cape Country Routes properties, it has a special charm and character that creeps into your heart and stays there.

Not only is Supertubes Guesthouse located in the perfect spot in Jeffreysbay and have all the luxury of a 5 star hotel they also showed compassion and appreciation by offering nursing staff at the local hospital as a token of appreciation for their commitment during the Covid pandemic a nights stay at the guesthouse. Salome, Barbara and Maresa, from all of us....THANK YOU!!

Just recently stayed at Supertubes. Absolutely got treated as royalty. This will have been the 6 or 7th time we have returned to this establishment since 2000. When I saw a negative comment, I automatically felt obligated to comment. We have never had bad services, as a matter of fact, the service has been top notch. I travel allot around the world, and I have always felt that this establishment does a awesome job. I do not know all the staff on 1st name basis, but Winston is the real deal. The Supertubes Guesthouse is just great. We were lucky to have a room with terrace and Seaview. The breakfast was great with a buffet plus warm breakfast from the kitchen including eggs, pancakes, etc. The guesthouse is just in front of the beach at the supertubes! Great service from Salome and Moses! Highly recommend to stay!

If broken items in bedroom could be repaired, ie: regular maintenance checks done and repairs carried out it would have made for a PERFECT stay. A broken bath tub faucet, leaking and broken kettle in room, and a non-working TV brought a bit of a disappointment to my short stay. Room also smelled of a smoker having being there before my arrival. View was beautiful. Staff were lovely and friendly.

I recently stayed at Supertubes Guesthouse. The whole place is beautiful with the most wonderful location. My room was large, luxurious and very comfortable with a sea view. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was delicious and you had the option of taking it on a covered patio with amazing sea views! I cannot recommend Supertubes highly enough!

The entire family had a wonderful time, first holiday together after all the COVID lockdowns. Welcoming and explanation of services was conveyed in a very professional manner, cleanliness and services afterwards was efficient. Best location to introduce my grandson to the ocean. The Supertubes team are kind, accommodating and eager to assist to ensure a great stay. The rooms are wonderfully laid out and very comfortable. The breakfast covers everything you might expect and then goes beyond it with interesting and delicious options. I have stayed for a week on 3 different occasions over the past year and have had an excellent stay each time.
