This place was horrible. Staff was rude and contentious. I wouldn’t wish this place upon my worst enemy. Hellhole of a motel. Do not stay here if you value the health of your family. I would recommend scrolling on if this is listed as one with good “deals”. It is anything but!

I booked a 4 night vacation on March 29 2021. I called that day and gave a male with an Indian accent my credit card information and he confirmed the stay. I was given a confirmation number and email by booking.com. I called this morning July 7th to ask what time check in was. The man said he could not find the reservation and that is was canceled. Why was it Canceled if my card had been charged the reservation fee almost 4 months prior. I was told that a manger was coming in at 9 am I would get a call. I called a few times no one answered. Finally at 11:22 I get an email we are looking into it. I called again a few times no answer and can’t leave a voicemail because it’s full. 6:22 pm get another Email we are Looking into it. I called again no answer. Emailed back threatened to report them for credit card fraud and then he asked for my number was extremely rude and had a thick Indian accent. Told me the booking is canceled. Seems as though may be a blessing the reviews are horrible and the place is called dirty over 100 times. I STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED A REFUND!!!! Save yourself the headache look someplace else.

Disgusting, dirty, run down and just plain awful. Everything is filthy. Hair balls on the floor when we arrived. They should pay guests to stay there. Horrendous place that should be condemned. Do not waste your money.

First let me say that I was not expecting luxury accommodations. I know that beach hotels are not fancy. However, for $160 a night I expect a minimum of cleanliness and safety. The parking garage is dirty and dank with water dripping from the ceilings and very poor lighting, which is not good when it is clear that there are drug deals and other questionable activities going on in plain site. The parking spaces are also very small. The grounds in general are very poorly kept with a lot of trash around. The rooms are just plain filthy. The fridge was rusty, the floors sandy and absolutely no amenities except for what can best be described as a few bars of prison soap. There are no outlets in the back room and only one power strip in the front room so don't plan on charging your phone and using the fridge at the same time. There are almost no lights - I had to use my phone flashlight to read at night. My husband spent one evening chasing a large roach around the room. We also saw a roach in one of the drawers - we tied up all of our clothes in a garbage bag and washed everything - used and unused - as soon as we got home. The location is very good - easy access to the beach and boardwalk. However, I would NEVER stay here again, regardless of the location or price.
