The hotel was clean. The room was comfortable and nice. The AC was quiet. The gym is large, spacious, and well equipped. The pool is indoors and well taken care of. The peculiar thing is that NJ law limits drinks at happy hour to one drink. Thats was a bit disappointing. But besides that the stay was confortable and very nice; exactly what to expect from an Embassy.

Hotel's Favourite
The most comfortable suite for a very reasonable price. Beautiful atrium and convenient central location with easy access to route 80, 46, 10, 287 and 280. How nice is it to have a separate bedroom, living room and kitchenette area with a sink and fridge. Normally they have a wonderful hot breakfast, but due to COVID, just grab and go for now, like everyone else. Additional little perk......happy hour with free wine, beer and soft drinks plus light snacks. Again due to COVID, just a free wine or beer this time.

As an avid business traveler, I don’t expect much from hotels anymore. What I do want is at minimum, quiet halls, intact linens and no evidence of others prior to my stay. Unfortunately, none of these were met. There were children using my floor as a racetrack. Others stomping and screeching above me. There was good debris and something sticky on the carpet and around the desk. The desk chair that looked like it came from a sidewalk sale. Bed lines were fine and clean but the shower curtain was ripped, wrinkled, and not even clipped together properly with the inner lining. I understand everywhere there is short staffing and the rush of preparing a room. Some look forward to something as simple as walking into a welcoming room after a long day of flight or driving. Rest and relaxation before a job is also welcome if there is no disruption or questions of cleanliness. If only the rooms looked as dashing as the common walking area.

We did not have a good stay; we stayed in a 2 room suite (2 double beds in one room and a pull out sofa in the other). The hotel is outdated. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls in the bathroom. The edging from the carpet next to the tile flooring (by the bathroom) was unraveled. There were 2 areas that had carpet tacking exposed and sticking up to injure one's feet.

Poor room accommodations compared from past stays. Hotel had alot of garbage in the walkways and gardens. Noisy due to wedding parties with young adults and children running around late into the early morning hours

My husband I stayed there this past week while visiting family. Even though the hotel was a little further than we liked, we selected this hotel because it advertised a pool which I need to do physical therapy. Upon check in we were told pool not in service (call the hotel and recording says pool open). Lock on room door broken so we had to put a chair under door when we went to sleep. We reserved room through Plum Benefits for 2 nights. We checked out after first night and we cannot get our money back. Plum Benefits says hotel has to refund, hotel says Plum Benefits needs to handle. We paid for something advertised but not delivered. I would definitely not recommend.

The hotel is in need of repair and renovation. There was water leaking through the windows during the storm and the rooms are out dated compared to other places we've stayed. The hotel staff was amazing

Have booked this hotel dozens of times for my myself and my employees over the years and never had an issue until recently.im not sure if there was a change in management but there is a noticable difference from previous stays. I'll start by saying that the location of the hotel is good and the atrium and the interior is really nice looking. The staff at the front desk was pleasant and tried to be helpful. This week I had 4 rooms for myself and employees this week. 1. Reported that my tub was slow causing the shower to fill up. Was not resolved during my stay. 2. Housekeeping did minimal cleaning of my room during my stay. Did not restock toilet paper. Pretty much just made the bed and left. In an employee's room they only restocked 1 towel during cleaning. Not as these examples are that bad but it concerns me if housekeeping is cutting corners between guests. 3. Made no effort to keep guest noise down to a reasonable level. Kids running around and adults partying all hours of the night. Woke up at 3am when someone pulled the fire alarm only to find a pile of liquor and beer bottles in front of my door. 4. Restaurant and bar are only open on the weekend and prices have gone up significantly. 5. Not a big deal but hot tub is shut down. 6. Employee reported to me that the equipment in the fitness center was poorly maintained and half of the equipment was broken. 7. The morning breakfast quality has gone downhill. Eggs were so runny that it was the consistency of some type of egg soup. Seems like there was very little effort made. The part I found the funniest is that they had a camera crew taking professional pictures of this buffet that makes Army Dining Facility food look like 5 star dining. I also found it odd that while we were trying to grab a quick breakfast before work we had to wait behind hotel employees who were eating there. Not saying they can't eat but probably shouldn't make paying guests wait. Overall it's a safe hotel in a good location but after watching a slow decline in this hotel (that I initially blamed on COVID), I personally will be using other accommodations for my company's business travel needs

Check in was fast and easy front desk staff polite and attentive. The hotel lobby and halls were clean. The rooms very clean but outdated . It’s was spots of blood in curtains and walls. Towels were old and stained. The room it self was a decent size. We only booked hotel so kids could go to pool . The pool was ok the kids enjoyed it. Friday night was kinda quiet on my end thank goodness! I walked past a few room and saw party set ups. Saturday night there was a party next to me and they had a speaker play loud music until I came out and slammed my door smh . Probably won’t stay again . Oh my house keeper was amazing and sweet . Hotel staff gets 5 stars but the hotel gets 3 !!
