Extremely noisy with traffic sounds coming through the in-window air conditioner. My Lyft driver was surprised that I wanted to go to this part of town. It's a high-crime area with lots of drug activity. Avoid it unless you are very confident about taking care of yourself. But, you get what you pay for when searching for cheap hotels.

Awful hotel. Unclean, sketchy characters making noise, peeling paint, very dated interior and ancient plumbing, crappy air conditioning units. Filthy bathroom with hair on the floor. Very disappointed

I booked this after a flight cancellation and should have known as it was all that was available. Arrived at midnight in the middle Of a neighbourhood full of people hanging about drinking and smoking weed. The foyer showed a hotel that at one time had been very grand but is now nothing short of seedy. After nervously sharing the lift with two ladies that were at best drunk but more likely long term drug users I went to my room. The room was very spacious and the bedroom although very sparse seemed clean. The bathroom however was filthy with black mud marks everywhere and a dubious toilet! That combined with a door that didn’t lock meant i checked out immediately ( along with a guy that had arrived at a similar time and had the same reaction) and returned to sleep on the airport floor !! The Uber driver said that the hotel was used for the homeless and had a very bad reputation.

Simply put, the most ghetto hotel I have ever experienced. Roaches, people on drugs dancing in the hallway, unfriendly staff, everything you could possibly imagine you could associate with the word HORRIFYING. Just keep in mind that you get what you pay for.

Absolutely the worst stay ever. Not exaggerating, I have pictures to prove it. It’s was super loud, stinky saturated smoke, you could here mice/rats crawling threw the ceilin, dirty un sanitized bathrooms, roaches on walls…etc. NONONO!

Arrived at the hotel, supposed to get free parking and she tell me that's $21... After that she told me that's dangerous To get parked in another street, that's why it seem like a jail... Pee on thé bathroom floor, bugs and dirty spots, walls were dirty... There was a big spot light directly on the window, every person who's getting out to the parking is smashing the spot... unable To sleep Well, windows aren't well isolated, cold wind is passing tru the glass... The most disgusting hotel I ever seen. Talked with other people in the hotel, first time each other were coming at this hotel. Nothing positif to est about this place, unable to know if our cars will be there after one night. Weird people are always entering the hotel, asking coffee at the desk. Wifi isn't working well, no breakfast, not a safety place To stay

Good price for New York area. Hotel needs modernising. Rooms very clean, but I did find 2 ants and a cockroach in the bathroom. Not a bad area though, looks like there are a few homeless staying at the hotel/hanging around in the lobby but they didn't cause any problems. Quite noisy if you have a room facing the front but nothing that bothered me too much. Penn station for subway to New York only 15 minute walk away. Would stay again and use as a budget hotel. Less than half the price of other hotels in the area.

My rating is a one because it would not let me do nothing. Not worth the one even. When we arrived there were people hanging out right at the door...partying. In the lobby the next night was a guy slumped over on a couch. Did not feel safe. Security at McDonald's a block away and at the family dollar store. The security guy told me to be very careful here. Would not recommend to anyone.
