My husband and I stayed at The Capri to celebrate our 34th anniversary. The hotel was extremely nice. The location can’t be beat! Very clean. Loved that there was an elevator to get to the third-floor Loved that there was an elevator to get to the third-floor. The views of the ocean are beautiful. Would highly recommend!

We stayed here for 2 nights while doing some bird watching in the area. New property for us. Good location right across from the beach and next to Harry's, a nice spot for outdoor food and drinks. It is a good walk to the shopping/Washington St Mall area; close to a mile I'd say..we drove! It is a typical, older, beach community property but it is super clean and very well maintained. The staff is very nice, and there is sanitizer and wipes all over the property for your use. The pool is small, but with a section for kids and nice chairs. There are grills, nice rocking chairs, shuffle board, ping pong; making it a cut above some of the other places we've stayed. The room is a bit dated, but clean, comfortable and quiet. The bathroom is smaller (room 110) but fine, with toiletries provided. There is a small kitchen with a fridge, but no microwave. Lots of outlets and decent lighting. Ice and soda machines on site. There are multiple levels, so if you don't want to climb stairs ask for a ground floor room. Lots of parking. I would definitely return to the Capri!

My mom and I just returned from a quick over night stay at The Capri in Cape May. We really enjoyed our stay, and I would recommend the property. The Capri has a great location across from the beach access, and is within walking distance to many options for dining. The amenities of the property are very nice as well. The swimming pool is excellent for a dip on a hot day. There were several tables with umbrellas and loungers all around the pool area. My mom and I brought sandwiches and enjoyed lunch at one of the picnic tables. There is a barbecue, and while we didn’t make use of it, many families seemed to enjoy that option. I also saw families enjoying the shuffle board and table tennis on the property. It is important to note that the room that we were assigned was very basic and “no frills”. (103 Ground Level with pool view) I would describe it as a basic motel room. If you are looking for a luxury resort, you will be disappointed. The room doesn’t have very much ambiance. However, we found that it was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Also, there is a small kitchen area, but be aware that there is a two burner stove, but no microwave. They did have a Kurig coffee maker, and they provided two pods and some of that powdered creamer. You could bring your own cream and keep it in the fridge. Over all, I think that The Capri is a great choice for a stay in Cape May.

Our first time staying here - week long family vacation. Very nice hotel! High ratings for cleanliness. We stayed at one of the suites - nice, super clean, comfy beds, lots of amenities in the bathroom and spacious. Nice pool and beach is right across the street and you even get a complimentary chairs and umbrella set up. Great location, within walking distance into town with all the nice shops and restaurants. Staff was nice and helpful especially the ladies who cleaned our room. Will definitely be coming back!

The Capri is just across the street from the beach and guests are able to rent umbrellas and chairs at the beach for $10’for two days. The motel itself is basic but comfortable and well equipped. Beds were firm and pillows soft. Everything in the little kitchenette had been cleaned and separately wrapped in plastic when we arrived. The Capri is attentive to the restrictions imposed by COVID-19 and does an effective job addressing those concerns. The office staff was pleasant knowledgeable and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the third floor common balcony area with a table for four where we dined on take out from the crowded local restaurants each night and avoided the crowds and the waits. Not a fancy place but provided what we needed.
