We stayed 2 nights this past weekend and Love this place. We normally stay in B&B's in particular Select Registry B&B which are always top notch. This one's lived up to that standard. Our room - Lake Winnisquam - was very comfortable with a Lake View. We did not have any issues with Road noise. Bed and sheets were so very comfortable and exceptionally clean. Breakfast both days were outstanding and very well balanced. Service was excellent as well. This is a family run operation and Rebecca, Monty and Jeannette are all very nice and charming and they do an outstanding job making you fell Welcome.. We were given great recommendations to dining and we not disappointed. We dined at Local in Laconia and it was great second evening we ate at Lyons Den which was very good. If you like B&B's this place is a must visit. No TV's except in the living room to my knowledge but that make's it more peaceful.

After extensive research and per the recommendation of a coworker who has property on Lake Winnisquam, I booked a couple nights at The Lake House at Ferry Point as a surprise for my wife's birthday. This place was truly perfect; an idyllic gem. Our room was clean and cozy and overlooked the frozen lake. The breakfasts were delicious and there was endless, good coffee. This is key for coffee addicts like us. Guests could enjoy reading in front of the fire, working on a puzzle, walking out on the frozen lake, or just relaxing and talking to friendly guests and the property owners. Rebecca was incredibly helpful and responsive to guests' needs, Monty severed us our breakfast in the morning and was a treat to chat with, telling us about the local history and fun facts about the region. We got to meet Jeannette as well who is a divine cook and baker. We loved her breakfast treats. A special thanks to everyone we met and a huge thanks to the owners of the The Lake House at Ferry Point for a special weekend.

This is an amazing place to stay. The hospitality, attention to detail, the breakfast, cozy room, amenities, etc. one could not ask for anything more. The lit fireplace in the main room downstairs was perfect. An incredibly relaxing stay for my husband and I.

My wife and I took a few days off to do some fall leaf peeping and the Lake House did not disappoint. Peaceful and calm describes the Inn with unbeatable sunrises over the lake. Enjoy your fresh morning coffee on the spacious porch, then head out on the lake in the house boat or a kayak after a filling breakfast. The Inn clean and comfortable and Monty’s hospitality steals the show. Leave your Covid worries at the door as all precautions and protocols are adhered to by the staff and owners! A great getaway for all seasons.

I loved this place. Charming B&B. Check-in was very welcoming. Breakfast outstanding. Coffee/tea available 24/7 (I think). B&B is across the road from the lake. If you walk 20 yards across a not very busy street, there is a small spit of land that has a tiny private beach, a gazebo and a dock. Canoes, kayaks, rowboats and lifejackets available no charge, just need to sign a waiver. Plenty of charming communal space in large living room and on the huge porch. Minor comments to set expectations: there are no TVs in rooms. No fridge in rooms, but there is a large communal fridge in the hallway that was very clean. It is an old house - sound from hallways carries. During my visit, the other guests were very quiet - I appreciated that everyone seemed to be consciously trying to minimize hallway noise. Recommend this is not the place for party-hearty types. But if you like peace and charm on the lake, this place is for you.
