The hotel is average and the pools are great but the little things are what causes the bad reviews and they dont seem to care of even ask you about it. There is no vent in the bathrooms, the heater never works unless maintenance comes and then it only works for 24 hours and then starting making a racket and blowing cold air in the middle of the night (this happened the last time as well). There are hardly any tv channels a person would normally watch, not sure why they dont get dish/direct TV. They had dvd players but no real movies for adults. The restaurant has a limited menu when open, good food though, but it was closed (most of the town had this issue as well though as not enough workers right now) There is no night light for a nighttime bathroom run and the toilet paper holders are so far back from the toilet, you can wrench your arm trying to reach them. I am an older person so some may not care about these things but we did. The rooms are typical, nothing special. The fridge and microwave are a great addition.

I was promised a room with a walk-in shower. When I arrived the hotel gave me an accessible room on the group floor (near the parking lot) they laid when they said they didn't have rooms with a shower (although in the hotel's pictures it shows differently) we canceled the reservation because of anther lies Our friends stayed at the hotel and said it was not clean, and the rooms are not up to date

We had a mini suite since that is what was open. The space is nice if you want to spread out. Bed and linens were comfy. The breakfast was a bit disappointing. A bag with a banana and muffin. We passed on the bag of breakfast sandwich. Seems like a fun place if you have kids. Lots of stuffed animals around and indoor and outdoor pool. Also good if you want to easily shop the outlets.

There were some nice features at this hotel and some drawbacks. Loved the lobby, and the staff. Breakfast was grab and go, but it was nicely done. We had hot sandwiches and a bag of pastries and muffins to go. The indoor and outdoor pools were both very nice and clean with a nice area for kids to play in. Loved the fire pit. The room was okay, but it could have been cleaner. The door of our room didn't quite fit--there was a 1/2 inch gap to the hallway around the doorjam. The hotel is a little run down, but the staff works hard to overcome that

This hotel is run down. The bathrooms are in very poor condition. Cracked sinks, mold, cracked floor and shower tiles, blow dryer that sparked when turned on, small. The a/c didn’t work right either. The breakfast is a bagged. A prepacked muffin, danish and apple. The apples were bruised and muffins were squished. They would be better off saving their time and money and just making the rate cheaper w no breakfast. During check out I was overcharged. I booked directly through the website too. One night had a $50 higher charge than it should have been. I had to show my original email w the rates booked to get it fixed. This is my second time staying here and was overcharged both times. When I asked what happened I was not given a response nor was I offered any compensation for all of the issues. I won’t be back.
