Don't go there. Hit with a $68. extra charge when we checked out. They wanted to email the "final" bill, but I insisted on getting a print out. Rooms are clean but shabby. Shower curtain blew all over and leaked water, window didn't work. Sofa was stiff as a board. The only good thing I have to say was that the staff was great. TV got about ten stations.

Hotel's Favourite
This is the second time we have stayed at Eagle Mountain and, like the last time, it did not disappoint. My husband and I love the fact we can sit on the deck and relax right outside our room. We will definitely be back.

Hello Annt, Sitting on the veranda is something that everyone enjoys. The team and I are pleased to know that we have become a favorite place to stay while in the area. We hope to see you back this fall for the great colors. Thank you for staying with us.

The Eagle Mountain House is one of a kind! I've been coming here since I was 5 and will continue to come until I'm 120. They have a gameroom with pool ping-pong and arcade games. They have a pool and a golf course. The beds are a little uncomfortable, but the rooms are PERFECT! Keep in mind, this is a very old hotel so the stuff in the rooms wont be new. The elevator is a classic one as well. There is a sauna in the basement bathroom as well (although I'm not sure if it is functional). As for the restaurant: I got the salmon and the Mac and cheese. Both were excellent. BEWARE THE RUM PUNCH! IT IS BOTH EXTREMELY DELICIOUS and VERY HIGH PROOF! It has at least 3-4 drinks worth of Alcohol in it (with a 151 proof floater on top). Stick to 1/2 of one if you want to not be hungover the next day.

The Brushetta appetizer was delightfully reminiscent of cream cheese & jelly for grown-ups *though neither ingredient was present), the Beef Bourginon was wonderfully prepared, and the ribs were outstanding. Portions were so large that we had to ask for go boxes and passed on ordering dessert. Kasi, the bartender who doubled as our waitress, was attentive & efficient and always smiling.

Dropped my just 17year old son off because he did not want to spend the day with his nieces and nephews at Storyland, understandable. He had two of his best rounds ever, got lots of tips from the course pro and what he tells me the best hamburger that’s ever been made.
