Second time staying here first time stayed for the weekend first nite hot tub didn't work they changed our room the second day to a room that the hot tub actually worked so to me paid for a room with a hot tub for nothing .when we left the guy said he not charge us full price snd guess what he did.He says call here next time and reserve a room not thru booking.com or TripAdvisor ill give u a excellent room and give u a discount so we decide we are going to stay there Friday I call remind him about our experience. well if the room he gave us was an excellent room I hate to see the worst room room is out dated toilet sits low to the ground like it was 1970s and hold on because it's wobbly toilet at that. the shower just gross around the bottom. The hot tub we wouldn't even go in the cover smelt just horrible so I guess I'll just have to find a different hotel to stay at when I go to north conway for a one nite get away and no we got charged full price again so I look at the person which was the same guy lied to me twice about a discount so guess they don't want my buisness. don't pay 300 and something dollars for the room with a hot tub not even worth it!

I will first say that this place looks pretty nice from the outside, and the pictures on line for the inside also look nice. The beds are comfortable and the AC works great, but that's where it ends. Walked in and the room had a very musty smell, smoke smell to it. The rugs are so STAINED that we wouldn't walk barefoot on them. Our room was clean but everything was very old so didn't appear to be clean at first. (Rugs were not clean) Being we paid over $200 for the night, we had much higher expectations for the room. We've stayed in motels that were under $100 that were nicer than this room. NOT WORTH THE MONEY, OVERPRICED. It is in a good location, which I guess is why they can get away with charging so much. Didn't try the breakfast, so can't comment on that. After the room experience, we were not about to try the breakfast. Would not recommend.

My husband I stayed at this hotel on June 5th 2021. The carpets were stained and the bathroom sink was clogged. I spoke with the office about this issue nothing done about it. Would not recommend Very disappointed

We recently spent a February school vacation week at the Chalet and it was a ball for all. A extremely cold week but the rooms were very cozy and warm. The Covid 19 protocols were in place at all times. The staff treated us as if we were family. fresh towels and toiletries whenever needed. The beds and pullouts surprisingly very comfortable! A Hotel Treat was given to all, on a weekend night, they surprised us with a fireworks display , which was amazing, the kids and adults in our group were in awe of such a beautiful display that capped off our wonderful week and stay. We thank the staff for being so friendly and ownership for a cool treat! We will definitely be back . Thanks again.
