Bathroom floor sticky, pink spills in corners of Bathroom, liquid spills in entry way, obviously maids were not very attentive to clean floors. Room is showing wear, drapery was broken and automatic window closing didn't work.
First time back since Pandemic. Stayed at Palazzo was very surprised with the overall experience. Lots of choices from old and new restaurants, new shops for shopping, and lots of new machines for gambling.
Hotel was nice. Room was big (all rooms are suites) . Our room had 3 TV’s. I booked the cheapest room but was upgraded to a Vegas Strip view (next category up for being an Intercontinental Spire Ambassador). At checkin I was offered club for $80/day which I took. We ate the short rib special at Momofuku within the Palazzo, omg so good. Overall we had a pleasant stay. Here are my small complaints. The pool was packed, as probably most pools are in Vegas. Chairs were all next to each other (no space) and pretty much all were taken. Check in line was long, although IHG Elite line was shorter. The elevators were very busy, often stopping on multiple floors. You only get 2000 IHG points for your stay which is really irritating. 2000 points is nothing. They don’t play by the same rules as other Intercontinental hotels (despite being an “Intercontinental Alliance Hotel”.). The only reason I went there over other Vegas hotels was bc of my IHG loyalty. The club breakfast is pretty lame (just pastries, espresso and drinks) compared to most Intercontinental Clubs but dinner snacks and drinks were on par. I got some IHG/ambassador benefits but the low point earnings are disappointing. I’d probably try another hotel next time I’m in Vegas.…
I have been to Vegas a number of different times and this trip I opted to send a few more dollars and stay at The Palazzo. Outside of staying in a high priced suite, no other ROOM will compare to the 2-Queen Suite at The Palazzo! The room is HUGE! 750 SQ. FT. Bathroom has 2 sinks, private toilet room, separate shower & tub, and a T.V. In the main room there is a sunken living room with a long couch, table and chairs, and business desk. Two large T.V.'s , in room safe. Automatic drapes and shades to darken the room. There is a fridge in the room but it is backed with drinks and such that if you move, your room will be charged, so be careful. Amazing Room ! Casino: Not going to waste much time on this, you've been one casino, you've been in them all. I will say this about the casino, every table had a $25.00 Min. and the drinks are uber expensive if you are not gambling, In closing; The staff was always happy and willing to help with anything you may need. Great experience at The Palazzo!…
I booked here last minute after my flight was cancelled. I had the Luxury King Suite and was incredibly happy. The pricing was very reasonable considering it was last minute. I would certainly stay here again. Everything was fresh, clean, confortable and the employees were professional.
