This is definitely a 5 star hotel everything from check in til the end was top notch would definitely recommend staying here whether it’s business or leisure. It was pet friendly and kids are welcome we actually did not have to leave hotels to get all our needs met except if you want to gamble but the casinos surrounding the hotel was only minutes away… we felt very safe here

Hotel's Favourite
Great place to stay in Vegas. Some things you should know up front. There is no gambling at the hotel, nor smoking. This leads to a more family-oriented hotel. You will not find loud DJs with massive, 21+ pool parties, with people falling down drunk. This is a major benefit. If you are coming to vegas looking for the party hotel, this is not the place to stay. Hilton Grand Vacations has some wonderful amenities. First, the rooms. If you get a one bedroom or larger, expect a full kitchen, including a washer and dryer. A wonderful benefit if you plan to visit anywhere and don't line the lingering smell of smoke on your clothes (a hazard visiting any casino in Las Vegas). The Studios are more like a large hotel room, but you won't be disappointed. The pool area is large, with quite a bit of seating. There are lots of plants and trees which help keep it a bit cooler in the hot desert. There are numerous hot tubs, as well. The bar/poolside restaurant has a smaller menu, but more than enough to choose from for a meal. They have grills available for you if you want to cook outside. I found the staff to be very helpful, including checking in with me using texts. I appreciated they followed up on any needs, such as needing more shampoo or dishwasher pods. If you plan a longer stay, we used Amazon Fresh to deliver food to cook. We have also used Vons in the past. Both are great options if you want to avoid expensive restaurants on the strip. Finally, the hotel is located a bit away from other hotels on the strip, except for the Sahara, Strat, Circus Circus, and Resort World. This is actually a good thing. When you try and catch a bus, there is always room. Also, the interstate entrance is close so you can quickly get where you need to go when you want.

Loved our romantic getaway. The facility has accommodating. I missed having a concierge and a hot breakfast (restaurant). I had some questions and needed assistance with renting a scooter/wheelchair and was provided with one phone number which had no rentals available, and I had to seek other businesses on my own.

The hotel is nice enough and has full kitchens available so you don't have to eat out all the time. I found the beds to be super uncomfortable and its not necessarily situated close to any of the Vegas stuff. Overall, it was alright.

This property has no restaurant and is far away from entertainment and restaurants. Due to road work, the nearest bus stop was a 1/2 mile walk in both directions (and in 105 degree heat). There is not airport shuttle without significant cost. Food and drinks in the onsite store were extremely expensive and fairly limited. Customer service was good, room was nice and clean, bed comfortable.
