The Hilton Grand Vacations Club on the Las Vegas Strip garners appreciation for its modern ambiance and meticulous cleanliness, with guests enjoying the spacious, well-appointed rooms complete with full kitchens and laundry facilities. However, the decor's freshness and some maintenance aspects occasionally come under scrutiny. While the location is celebrated for its proximity to Vegas attractions, it does require a bit of a stroll.
The non-smoking policy and range of amenities are well-received, despite grumbles about overpricing and the resort fee's value, especially during the off-season. The service quality varies, with reports of both commendable staff interactions and some dissatisfaction regarding responsiveness.

Me, my wife and our two children stayed at this hotel between 10/07/23 and 10/14/23. We stayed in an apartment that had two suites, a living room, a small pantry with a table for four seats, a complete and well-equipped kitchen, and to top it off there was a washing machine and a clothes dryer. In other words, a complete infrastructure, with a usable area of more than 100m2. This apartment costs a little more than the "standard" apartments, but it is well worth it for those with a family. When you check in they ask you if you want room service daily, and they don't charge you anything extra for it. But you need to schedule this, otherwise you won't have the service daily. In our case, we did not have the service on only one of the days of our stay, which we ignored. The cleaning and tidying of the room was efficient, which is another positive point of the hotel. However, although the apartment had an excellent infrastructure, and its decor was even modern, some items need to be improved. It can be seen that the apartment was redecorated a few years ago, it is beautiful, but during the renovation, some important improvements were left undone. For example, the taps in the bathrooms are old, as are the controls for turning on the water in the showers, as well as the showers themselves. They don't compromise, but they clash with the rest of the apartment. Just like the switches are too old too. The air conditioning works and cools well, however, it is a little noisy. Another aspect that needs to be mentioned is that many times when we opened the apartment door, we received a small shock, just like when we pressed the doorbell (yes, apartments have doorbells). These small shocks were also felt at some of the hotel's other electrified gates, which appears to be a small recurring problem that needs to be resolved. The hotel does not have a casino, so its movement is not that intense, being exclusively guests. As a result, it also doesn’t have that cigarette odor. Parking is at the back of the hotel and is free as long as you park your vehicle yourself. If you want the convenience of leaving it at the valet, you will pay a fee of US$30 per day. My suggestion is to park your car yourself, as it is relatively quiet, and you won't need to walk that far. The hotel, although located on the Strip, is located a little far from the busiest area. Consider this aspect, as to get to the "most touristy" part of the Strip you will have to travel by car, bus, or take a 20 to 30 minute walk. For those who like to gamble, the Hotel Sahara is about a five-minute walk away, and has an excellent casino structure. All in all, an excellent hotel, quiet, silent, and very good value for money. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Where do I start? Well it really doesn't matter because all parts of my stay would get the highest 10 rating. As soon as my husband & I arrived, we noticed just how beautiful the landscaping was & how CLEAN the property was from the outside. Then we stepped into the beautiful Oasis & was equally as impressed. The resort is stunning. We were in room 710 with a beautiful view of the stunning pool. My husband and I were celebrating our 37th wedding anniversary & we have spent the past 7 years at Vegas during this time. We have stayed at 7 different hotels just to fully experience Vegas BUT we have already said that we were returning to this location next year since we LOVED it so much. Everything (and I mean everything) exceeded expectations. The kitchen had full size STAINLESS steel appliances. It was a full kitchen that also included a washer and dryer. We also loved the pull-out sofa bed with the match chaise. All of the furniture would be something that I would love in my own home. The bedroom lamps were to "die for". The bedroom also had a sitting bench in the room and the bed was beyond large & comfortable. There are plenty of outlets for all of our gadgets that needed to be charged. Plenty of lighting in all the rooms. All of the furniture accessories (rugs, lamps, pictures) just blended well together for a more upscaled looked. I appreciated how representatives would check on us via their text message system to see if everything was satisfactory during our stay being proactive rather than being reactive to situations. Every time I text for information, I received an immediate "pleasant" response. Everyone we encounter was always smiling and seem to really want to assist and LOVE their jobs. Another observation is that this place is "white glove" clean. I even took pictures of the lobby rest rooms to show just how clean everything was. There are employees cleaning all day. I even witness employees wiping down the decorative trash containers daily. I would have never known they were trash bins until my husband needed to throw away something. The pool area is nicely kept. They even have multiple lifeguards on duty rotating each station. We ate at the WAVES bar and grill every morning for breakfast & that area too was spotless clean. This by far is one of my Vegas favorite hotels (HANDS DOWN). I have zero negatives. Kudos to the entire HGV staff. We have found our permanent hotel home. Fyi, the server name YES, was fantastic all 4 days of our stay. She always greeted us with a genuine smile and served us well. She made our mornings and was very conversational to make us feel even more welcome.

The Boulevard Hilton Grand Vacation Hotel is really quite nice. -It was great to spend time in a Vegas hotel that is quiet, with NO casino and fresh, non-nicotine air. Heaven! The rooms are clean and comfortable: we stayed in a renovated room in Tower 1. The kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator and sink helped keep food costs down. There is a market (no restaurant) on site as well as a bar and adequate but noisy business center. One caution is that the location of the hotel means walking a mile or so to The Strip and/or, in the other direction, to the Arts District and Fremont Street. You can also motor around with Uber/Lyft or use the cheaper but unreliable bus service called The Deuce. Do NOT rely on a car unless absolutely necessary: all hotels on the Strip now charge for parking. The only suggestions I'd make to hotel management are 1) provide a small kitchen towel or dish drainer and 2) provide a grab rail within the shower.

Exceeded our expectations! It’s a beautiful hotel atmosphere with family friendly staff, great pool, hot tub. There are two towers of rooms on this property . Tower 1- 29 floors & Tower 2- 36 floors. “Waves” poolside restaurant food was amazing, adult drinks yummy & very pricey for the 12oz size. The Market has everything you need, toiletries, snacks, drinks, beer, hot fresh pizza. Our room was in tower 1- floor 20. View was outstanding! No balconies on either towers. Our room had soft comfy king bed, coffee maker with bad coffee (bring your own grounds & filter) fridge, sink, microwave, glassware, plates, utensils. Nice bathroom with the most incredible water pressure in the shower! Shampoo, conditioner, body wash in shower dispensers. Pool hours 8am-7pm (closes too early!!!) Market 7am- midnight…. This is a timeshare property, I booked on AirBnB. We did not get hassled at all by sales reps. Great weekend trip, hope to be back again!

The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. I was concerned that I may have had to sit through a timeshare "sale" in order to get our room keys as I've had to do with other timeshare properties (not Grand Hilton). Our room, a two bedroom unit suite was spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated. The view from the unit was beautiful, which included Vegas casinos and the mountains.
The hotel's amenities were top-notch. The lobby bar served delicious cocktails and light bites, and the attentive staff ensured we never had to wait long for anything. We also enjoyed the well-equipped fitness center. We did not visit the spa, but they offered many services.
Beyond the physical aspects, it was the genuine warmth and hospitality of the staff that truly made our stay memorable. Every interaction, from the concierge to the housekeeping staff, was marked by professionalism and a genuine desire to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.
The hotel's location was ideal. Located directly across from the Fontainebleau and the Sahara. The monorail is located within the Sahara, so access to that was a great option for those looking to travel further down the Strip without walking. Ride Share and taxis are always within minutes away. The hotel's location felt safe to walk outside at anytime of the day/night.
Overall, our experience at the Grand Hilton Hotel was exceptional. It offered the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a truly unforgettable getaway. We can't wait to return!

Where do I start, this place is a very nice resort on the Vegas strip, the hotel is large but still feels quant , this is a non casino non smoking property and is very well maintained and extremely clean, room was nice, bed was comfy, but if you book through RCI and bank weeks just be prepared to be at the bottom of the totem pole, check in is at four which is a little late for Vegas and check out is 10 which is incredibly early for a hotel check out time (f you were staying for one night, you really aren’t getting what you pay for) and of course when we asked for a late check out on Tuesday when we were checking in for our Saturday departure, they said they were already all full very disappointed in that. the café that is in the hotel is extremely overpriced for what it is, they don’t tell you this but tower one has been completely renovated and tower two is still the original interior it is nice, but it is dated, also our microwave did not work in our room. We were told that they had 24/7 engineering support but we did not want a stranger in our room at 3 AM. I feel like they should have made sure everything in the room works before they rent it out. There is also a $30 a day resort fee but we went in December and there are basically no amenities you can use in the winter except your two free waters and their extremely ancient dvd rental systems, all in all a good stay in Vegas with a great location that is very clean

The pool is a beautiful resort pool. There are multiple Pools on the other side of this pool. It had shade all day , which was necessary. There’s lots of sunny spots if you prefer. The poolside service is very slow. $20 for a pina Colada pool side, as to be expected. You can bring metal cups in and they don’t harass you about what’s in there. They ask you at the gate of you are bringing alcohol or glass in. A simple no is accepted. This is not a party scene pool. There’s music playing (not too loud) which we enjoyed. We had a king suite room. The kitchenette consisted of an empty 3 foot fridge (bigger than a mini bar fridge), a toaster, a microwave and a bar sink. There’s silverware, 2 wine glasses, 2 coffee cups and some water glasses and one bar towel. It was nice to have these things. There’s an expensive mini mart in the hotel where you can buy basics. There’s a daily resort fee of $50 per room, which wasn’t exactly told to us upfront but we weren’t very surprised. They try to sell you a timeshare when you arrive at the “experiences” counter. We declined the “tour” and they accepted that immediately. The pool really made this a special place IMO. Without the pool, it’s a basic Hilton.

Surprisingly nice stay. I booked it frankly because it was a screaming deal compared to the hotel where my conference was at. I actually thought it was a wing of the Resorts World Hilton (that giant new hotel across from the Wynn) but it's not -- it's a separate hotel/resort/condo development across from the Fontainblu.
I say surprising because I paid like $115 for the room and it was spotless, perfectly made (ironed sheets, etc.) and the bed was amazing, I slept very well. I spent time at the pool which was very nice as well. Not 5 star resort nice, but definitely nice to sunbathe and take a dip.

This is a lovely hotel in excellent condition with friendly staff and well equipped rooms. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment which was very modern and clean. It was actually a two bedroom with a lock off but worked well for us. Two of the rooms had en suite bathrooms and the other had a bathroom across the hall. The kitchen was well equipped and included a washer dryer. We had daily maid service. The pool area is a reasonable size with lots of loungers and there is also a games room and gym. Bottled water is free to guests collected from the marketplace daily. The hotel is at the north end of the strip and doesn’t have a casino but that suited us. You can easily walk or taxi to the rest of the strip when required. The parking is free for self parking in a multi storey indoor garage. We checked in early without any issues. They have a timeshare tour if you want to take it but we were not pressured in to it and didn’t attend. Don’t stay here if you want to be right in the heart of the action but it worked well for us. I think the high quality of accommodation at a reasonable cost is the key selling point.

I have stayed at this hotel for 24 nights already in 2024. With the Fountainebleau opening up, the Hilton Grand Vacation has become an even better place to stay. You get the value of a Hilton property, the safety of a hotel without a casino and you are within two crosswalks of multiple restaurants and shops. The 1 bedroom studios are my favorite rooms to stay on with the in suite washer/dryer and full kitchen. The hotel staff is friendly and attentive and I could not recommend it more.
