Reviews summary
This summary was created by AI, based on recent reviews.

The Hilton Grand Vacations Club Paradise Las Vegas garners praise for its service, with staff often lauded for their friendliness and helpfulness, although responsiveness sometimes falls short. Nestled in a tranquil location, the hotel is just a stone's throw from the monorail, offering easy access to the Strip's excitement. Rooms, celebrated for their full kitchens and comfort, provide a clean and well-maintained retreat, despite some reports of thin walls. While amenities like pools and on-site markets are popular, guests occasionally encounter limitations and closures.

We just visited here for the weekend and were in town for a basketball tournament for a youth basketball event (AAU). This is the place to be if you are traveling for a youth sports tournament. There is no smoking and there's not a casino on the property. The rooms have washing machines and dryers and full size refrigerators in the units, so that you can keep your athlete fed healthy food and keep their uniforms washed over a period of days in the HEAT. There's a pool there that was cool. On the first floor is a pool table and a foosball table and lounge for the kids to be able to hang out, but without worrying about smoke and gamblers.

There is a self- park garage adjacent to the property so that you don't have to constantly call down to valet and deal with that headache. You can have groceries delivered through instacart or other services. Housekeeping was lovely. Fullsize 12 cup coffee makers in the room. And the staff were so great and let us check in early because our flight was so early that day. And they give you bottled water everyday, which in Vegas, is super important in the summer. GREAT experience.

This place is awesome! Very clean, great service, and wonderful suite. My mom and I had a 2 bedroom with 2 bath, living room, and full kitchen. Basically, one bedroom and bath on one side was a regular hotel room with a connecting door to the larger one bedroom suite with jacuzzi tub. There was also a washer/dryer! There is a small convenience type store, but no onsite restaurant, which is ok due to having a kitchen but I was not there to cook. It was convenient to the Westgate where my brother was in the pool tournament. The monorail is also there. We received excellent service, right down to the quick delivery of a scooter for my mom, with help from the concierge. I would definitely stay here again!

This trip was last minute and I was traveling with family that included 4 small children. The two bedroom unit was just right accommodating all of us. The 2bathrooms and kitchen was very usef when traveling with a baby who required formula.

The location of the hotel is in a fairly otherwise empty area of the north east of the strip a few blocks from the Stratosphere, adjacent to the Car Park of the Westgate Casino, which gives easy access to the Vegas Monorail - by far the easiest way of travelling up and down the strip. The rooms are kitted with mini kitchens and are clean and compact. There's minimum facilities on site - a pool and a small convenience store is the limit. The massive negative with this hotel is the sound insulation, of which there is practically none. I was woken multiple times by other patrons either in the corridor outside or in the room next door. The walls are paper thin to the point I could hear every morning alarm, every conversation, every phone call from the neighbours room. I could even tell which TV programmes they were watching. When you are there for business and your neighbours are excitable millennials enjoying "Vegas, baby!!!!!" this is obviously not ideal. No chance I would ever stay here again.

Check in was hard work. Didn't want a room on a low floor by the road (I'm a late sleeper), and it was s struggle to convince the check in representative to assign me a more suitable room. She made me feel like I was asking for her first born, even telling me they were fully booked, when I know that was not the case as I could reserve multiple rooms via the Hilton app. Location for the monorail (getting around the strip) and the convention center (15 min walk through the Westgate hotel) is VERY good. My room felt like it had been refurbished in the last couple of years, and was perfect. Everything was new(er), the bed/pillows were comfortable and the A/C & Wifi worked flawlessly. Without the check in hassle/attitude, this would have been perfect.

Before evening walking into the hotel and strong smell of a terrible perfume hits you. The entire first floor smelled of this perfume. It was so strong it felt like they were trying to compensate and 'cover up' the smell of smoke or something else.
Upon check-in, we were given two options for our room, one on the first floor by the pool and the other on the 7th floor. We selected the one on the 7th floor since it seemed like the better choice since the first floor smelled terribly of a stale strong perfume and it would have the heavy foot traffic of everyone going to the pool creating a bunch of noise. I asked a few times to ensure there were no other possible options for a room. We settled on the room on the 7th floor thinking there'd be less traffic and might be a little quieter than the room located near the pool.
The room was updated except for the kitchenette that had really worn cabinets, where you could see that the finish had come off around the highly touched areas. The only other complaint about the room itself was that the AC was unable to be turned down to a lower temperature.
Unfortunately, we quickly learned, rather heard, that our hotel room was located in a very noisy area. The cleaners had their closets on the other side of the wall of our headboard, so we consistently heard the slamming of the doors all day and into the evening. The ice machine was also located on the other side of that wall so we got to hear the loud sound of ice being dropped into the bucks all day, night and wee hours of the morning.
The hotel insisted that the only other room was on the first floor and since we had terrible headaches from the perfume on that floor we stuck with the 7th floor room. The noise levels did get worse as our week went on, with someone drilling and hammering in the room above us.

This vacation club is really nice. The staff is very friendly and the place is very clean. Each of the units has a full kitchen and large bathroom as well as a large bedroom. Very comfortable stay. The location is between the Westgate and the Sahara and is easily accessible by monorail. It's just a short walk from the Westgate Monorail station. They have a nice pool for their guests and it's easy to get anywhere on the Strip quickly via monorail for just a small price. Would strongly recommend this Hilton Vacation Club

A great week in Vegas relaxing at the Hilton Grand Vacations Club. Very nice room, so nice to have extra space and kitchen. The unit was very well maintained, coffee shop and convenience store in building was a great bonus, well stocked for a coffee and danish in the morning, or drinks and snacks for the day. We loved that the Sahara was around the corner, we ate there several times and enjoyed the fact that the strip was a couple blocks away, we like to walk! We enjoyed the pool, it was 110* all week, so didn’t last to long even beside the pool!

This Hilton resort is a nice, quiet, off the strip location, with some basic amenities like a nice pool, workout room, a market to buy food, snacks, and necessities, as well as free parking for guest. The staff were all friendly, they provided suggestions on places to go out, and responded quickly to request. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comes with all of the necessities for an extended stay, especially those with families who prefer to cook instead of eating out for every meal. The resort is close to a couple of hotels with casinos, restaurants and bars, if you're looking to go out, or you could take a rideshare to take you to either downtown or casinos on the strip.

The vegas stronger package -4 days 3 nights is sold by a bunch of "traveling salesman and women" that specialize in filling the package for the hotels they represent and they hipe the crap out of this thing ! One thing for sure is you will only get whats in writing PERIOD ... so ask they to valadate the entire package in writing before you commit to buying. The best time to book is non-holidays and Off Peak Event Season, which is kind of limited avaiability. But Sun, Mon, and Tues are thge best dates ... I woul play on getting to vegas early in the morning and arriving at the hotel and asking for an early check-in even if they charge its worth it. I would then park car at the hotel, put lugage in Bell Desk Stotage, go get breakfast, and play a few slots while waiting for the room, or ask right away for all the extras your package comes with so you can get that out of the way while your waiting for the room. Then pick the latest time possible to attend the 60 minute timeshare pitch. That way you'll have time for a short nap, hit the gamdeling again, set up dinner and watch the program, then go see a show.
