We stayed here as a base to explore Las Vegas and surrounding areas. The check-in process was slow as only one person was staffing the front desk. Staff were generally friendly and helpful. We were greatly impressed by the room, which was the best of our entire multi-week trip at a mid-range price for the trip. If you bring a car parking was adequate, barely. We did not try the on site restaurants, but the breakfast cafe had good coffee and pastries. The gym facilities are first rate and fully operational. A lap pool is separate from the family swim pool. A spa offers all expected services and my masseuse was very good. There was no on-site entertainment that I saw. The location is a long block off the strip with a monorail stop in between. I certainly recommend staying here.

We booked a room 10 months area of time for a big event. Called and checked on it twice all was good. We show up and our room is double booked and we do not get the room we had booked. This was not the first time but it is the last.

Stayed on a weekend (Friday left on Monday) checking in was quick even with 2 people in guest services. We ate at their Tuscany Gardens steakhouse that same night.. Kevin was on waiter and he could be the best waiter we have ever experienced 10/10. Casino was a bit small no blackjack tables or roulette but only electronically. Rooms were large and clean for the most part. All their restaurants were reasonably priced and really good. Would definitely stay here again.

This has been my hotel of choice for the past several years. On weekdays it's a bargain. I see people docking stars for the resort fee, which at 39 bucks is high, but no higher than what many other Las Vegas hotels charge. Read the fine print. There is usually a resort fee attached, no matter where you stay in this town. No reason to subtract points for that. It's still comparable to Motel 6 in price, and Motel 6 is a trash heap. The Tuscany is showing its age, but it's not even close to garbage quality yet. The pros. The price, above all (for weekdays only). Large, comfortable rooms, with sink and refrigerator. Spacious bathroom, with shower stall. Capable work desk. Within walking distance to the Strip, bus lines, and many wonderful restaurants. Intimate cocktail lounge with live entertainment at night (pre-COVID). Decent restaurants and pubs. Free parking on the grounds (and not in a multilevel garage). Quaint casino that sometimes loosens up (but no live-action games). Decent pool area (but if you don't like the choice of music, you're out of luck). I have always found the staff to be helpful and friendly, both on the phone and in person. The cons. As intimated, there is a certain shabbiness inherent in all bargain decor, however tasteful. Lamps lean. Grills fall off the air conditioning units (which are loud and not terribly efficient). Refrigerators leak sometimes. Faucets drip and grout loosens. Carpet stains build up. Ceiling stains appear. It happens. Despite that, I'm amazed that the rooms and furnishings are holding up as well as they are. If you check in on a Sunday, don't expect a super clean room. The hotel is usually booked solid on the weekends, and the housecleaners don't have time to do detail work. If you stay on the first and second floors, you will hear the people above you, which is why I always book a room on the third floor. The pool is way over-chlorinated and is for basking, not swimming. The grounds are lush and quite attractive, but you pay for it: Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum guarantee their job security by combing every inch of the place with leaf blowers several times a week, whether it needs it or not. The free WiFi is slow (but certainly usable). I am taking away one full star for something that is beyond the control of the hotel management, and I apologize for that. I feel it is a major problem in Las Vegas in general. In high-rise complexes, guests are not as likely to notice. But in a sprawling collection of dormitories in a garden-type setting, where there is much interaction with the outdoor environment, with walking paths and open windows everywhere, one is unable to escape the peace-shattering effect brought about by fleets of low-flying helicopters that pass directly over the hotel from sundown to midnight. On busy nights the helicopters run every 15 seconds, nonstop. It sounds like a war zone.

I’ve been to Tuscany Suites several times. The rooms and facilities (pool, etc) have always been excellent. The signature show “The Rat Pack” is fantastic; I’ve seen it twice. Their fine dining restaurant, Tuscany Gardens, has been rather hit or miss during the last several years. Today, though (August 26, 2021) , I had perhaps one of the best meals I’ve ever had at any restaurant anywhere. I had a pesto crusted halibut that was cooked to perfection, which is particularly difficult for a thick piece of fish. The accompanying vegetables were also very enjoyable. The chef is new…if you’ve tried Tuscany Gardens in the past….I encourage another visit! Servers have also been hit or miss, but this is at least the second time I’ve had this server, and he was excellent! Tuscany Suites offers free parking, and has very friendly staff. Highly, highly, recommended!
