Took over an hour to check in, two people helping guests, the rest standing around chatting. Once in a while they would yell at us to use kiosks that didn’t work. When finally helped, I was pressured to take a lesser no view room because apparently would be quieter, but no refund on the room I had paid for!! Don’t fall for it!! Terrible customer service. If you are a non-smoker be prepared for your non-smoking room to absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke their AC sucks it all into the rooms. The towels and bed sheets stunk. Our room 807 was not clean. No one vacuumed and other peoples hair was on my bed. It’s was just bad all around. I would NEVER stay there again.

Stayed 4 nights. Check in we weren’t given any info on pool, gym, anything. No clean sheets, rubbish collection, room cleaning for whole stay. Asked for someone to make the room twice during stay, never happened. Get lot before coming about upgrade. When here, just join the queue and pay your money. Terrible service

We had booked months ago and when we arrived there were no rooms available. They upgraded which was nice and assured us there would be no problem getting rollaways beds for Wednesday night when we had a couple coming to stay with us. But of course we got the run around saying there were NO rollaway beds which was a lie because we had 2 brought to our room but had to move rooms anyway. So even with the 2 rollaway beds in our room, we had to pack up and move. Also we did not have a rental car but the couple coming did for only one night. We were charged valet parking for 3 nights even when we checked in they knew we didn't have a car. The only reason they took it off because the couple with us were Veterans and they had a platinum card for free parking. NO explanation regarding why we were charged valet parking for 2 nights when we didn't even have a car!!! They did comp the resort fee for the first night, but still I will never stay at this place again. It was ridiculous we had to move rooms when we had the beds right there in the room! I am sure they booked that room for more than what we were paying so that is why we had to pack up and move.

I felt it was a perfect everything, location, cleanliness, atmosphere, the restaurant service, the entire staff. Only possible complaint was check in process was too long. The value however is the best for all the wonderful plusses. Will definitely look forward to staying there again

What a dump. Place is tired and Smells of disinfectant and overpriced. Pool was closed during my visit although advertised as open on the booking. Renovations underway (again not advertised at booking time) added to the general dissatisfaction with the stay. Security that was meant to check that only residents had access to the rooms was missing periodically too. I would not recommend
