We are new Hyatt owners in Sedona but decided to do a last minute trip to Tahoe for skiing. We are a family of six, so the two bedrooms were perfect for everyone to have a little space. The shuttle to the ski resort was great and timely. We appreciated not having to worry about parking and loading up six sets of skis into one rental car. The heated pool and hot tub were great after a day on the slopes. I appreciated that the resort offers a slow cooker. Coming home after a day of skiing to a pot of chili or beef stew was great and super easy. The kids really enjoyed the clubhouse with the pool table and board games.
Our family is lucky to travel several times a year and I can honestly say this was one of our best trips. We had good quality family time in the clubhouse playing games, a variety of outdoor activities nearby to please everyone and plenty of space in the suite to relax after a long day. We loved it so much we are buying one!

We've been coming here over 20 years. We enjoy relaxing in the well appointed units, taking the free shuttle and skiing at Diamond Peak, drinking hot or cold beverages by the firepit while watching the sunset. We like eating at Cutthroat Saloon and Lone Eagle Grill. Raleys and other smaller eateries are nearby for lower cost options.

During this time of Covid, was concerned over whether we could use our week at Incline. Hyatt staff contacted me a week or two before and explained to met the steps they are making to keep us safe and what would be open during our stay. We had a wonderful time. Staff was great. Our unit was beautiful as usual. Played mini-golf in Kings Beach. Thursday when the Hyatt Regency opened left our $20 bills at the casino. Friday after golf at the golf course in Kings Beach(home of the original Crosby) and lunch after on the Lone Eagle Patio watching the private beach and wharf action. What a bargain this ownership has been!

Room Tip:Â I always prefer top floor and buildings 4 and 5 are better for us.

Staff was very friendly from check-in to the grounds crew. Room was great for our family of 6 and well appointed for cooking our meals. Everything was super clean and well stocked so we did not need to ask for extra towels during our week long stay. Our ground floor room was excellent for sitting on the patio and kids having more room to roam if needed.
Complaints: our unit had a washer/dryer combo (all in one) and it took 6 hours from start to finish. Staff did not know how to use the machine when asked.
We also had a rough few nights with the television noise coming from the unit upstairs near our king bedroom area. The extra speakers are great but carried the base through the floor keeping us up well after midnight with the thumping etc.

We always enjoy visiting Incline Village and staying at High Sierra Lodge. The accommodations are beautiful and the staff is extremely friendly. Our family enjoys skiing during the day and visiting local restaurants in the evening. The staff is always helpful and makes wonderful recommendations specific to our family's needs.

Love, love this two bedroom, two bath unit. It was quite warm here during the day in late July so having air conditioning was a huge plus for us as it is quite hard to find in this area. When the temperatures are in the upper 80s during the day, it can be hard to cool off the bedrooms enough for sleeping at night. Reservations here are Saturday to Saturday.
The two bedroom/two bath condo unit is lovely. Very classy decorating, comfortable, quiet, and beautiful view of pine trees off the back deck. More spacious than the photos show. Perfect for us and our adult daughter. The pool area was quiet and the hot tub was great. Wonderful club house that can be reserved. We also enjoyed the outdoor event area with beautiful landscaping and relaxing waterfall and trickling stream. Very peaceful and relaxing.
If you want a more active setting with kids, you can go next door to the Hyatt Regency where the pool is geared to kids playing.
Linda is perfect for the job of manager - knowledgeable, helpful, professional, incredibly pleasant attitude, classy. The few things that needed repairs in the unit were handled quickly and efficiently. Very responsive front desk personnel.
Huge benefit is that you also have access to all the activities of the Hyatt Regency with their pool and hot tub, spa, but most especially their beach where they will at no charge put up beach umbrellas over the plentiful padded beach loungers. It is very hard to find places with beach access in the North Lake Tahoe area, so this is a huge benefit with no required daily resort fee like at the hotel.
Highly recommend the Hyatt High Sierra Lodge! We loved our stay.

Incline Village...an absolute serene treasure, sparkling blue waters, and phenomenal mountain scenery that enhance our personal wellbeing. Thankful to spend this precious time here with my hubby amongst these incredible towering pines. Loving the complimentary S’mores for outdoor fire pits, free shuttle around Incline, vegan options, and of course the outstanding Hyatt staff! Outstanding experience with Adventure Specialist Ryan Cantrell hand feeding Chickadee Songbirds at Tahoe Meadow trail hike!

This is a good and secure location in Lake Tahoe. The unit is fully furnished and clean. Hyatt Regency facilities are also available for use which gave us many options for activities. Staff is generally friendly.

I prepaid for this trip to attend my daughters wedding, for 3 nights I paid an unbelievable $1800. Then when I arrive they charge me $250 just to get me keys. There was nothing special about this condo for me and my son, the ceiling fans made a horrific noise so therefore could not be used on high. The toilet ran 100% of the time. When I got home they charged me another $675 which is now in dispute. This facility is way overpriced for aged facility and not friendly nor accommodating.

Have been coming here for 17 years and the condo experience has always been good but constantly improved with all of the refreshes and upgrades of the condo and furnishings. Very comfortable and truly feels like home away from home. The unit was very clean as always. Staff are very friendly and helpful

Hello. the master bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has two double beds (full). There is a sleeper sofa in the living room that makes out into a queen size bed.
All of the rooms in Hyatt Residence Club have either a patio (first-floor units) or large balcony (2nd- and 3rd-floor units). The six three-story buildings (each with 10 two-bedroom units) are in the woods/trees about two blocks from Lake Tahoe but none have lake views. The adjacent Hyatt Regency hotel has some hotel rooms with lake views on higher floors of tower. Hyatt has a 1,000-foot-long private beach, including private dock, that guests of both Hyatt Residence Club and Hyatt Regency have access to. It is only a short walk from condos or hotel rooms. Hyatt also has a very upscale beach front restaurant -- Lone Eagle -- that is a must experience.
If you ask the concierge before you get there they will really try to get you what you want. All buildings are close to everything and 2 are right next to pool and small clubhouse. You may end up using the Hyatt casino and pool any way.
There are more places to choose from in the Incline Village area.
