Great customer service, good location short drive to the Scottsbluff Fairgrounds and Scottsbluff monument.Would recommend. They allowed pets for the AKC show, but do not typically allow pets, great flexibility staff
A filthy stain chair not worth sitting on. Using battery in alarm/smoke detector. Required mask for guest but did not see that much of a concern from staff. Shower had very little power to get a descent wash
I arrived at this hotel on 9/17/20 at 9:30 PM. I wanted a room for just myself but only rooms with 2 beds were available. I was given room 210 but the key card did not work. I went back down to the front desk and I was then given room 211. I prepared all my clothes for leaving early the next morning and prepared for bed only to find a BED BUG on a pillow case. It also appeared the bed was slept in by the wrinkles in the sheets. I had to get dressed and again went down to the front desk. After waiting in line for a while I explained the situation. I gave the bedbug to the lady and she put it in a plastic zip lock bag. I was then given room 216. I then had to transfer all my belongings from 211 to 216 and again prepare for the next day. By now my night of sleep was shortened for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours and I'm frustrated and unhappy. Upon leaving the next morning I asked for some compensation for my inconvenience. I was told the manager would call me but still have not received a call. I would give this motel an F rating. The carpets are dirty and should be replaced. The building is in need of a total update. This motel is poorly kept.…
Positives - quiet, the w/d was conveniently located, comfortable bed Negatives - Thin towels, I mean really thin. The bottom of the bath tub was peeling off, the bagels at breakfast were stale, Smoke smell in the hallway even though there were non smoking signs. I was there for multiple nights & never had my room cleaned. I had to ask for extra towels. I mentioned this twice to the front desk & the person said she would take care of it......never cleaned. Now I know some hotels are not cleaning rooms while people are in them; however, if this was the case someone should have told me & I would not have expected any service. The lobby was so cluttered with "stuff", boxes, tables, chairs. Really, not welcoming.
This hotel needs a remodel. My room had mold on the popcorn ceiling above the shower, and around the tub caulking. The hallway carpet is badly worn. The front desk area looks like an old man’s living room. Wyndham should be embarrassed by this property.
