We're a nine-room accommodation establishment situated on 7,5 hectares of lush Midlands land just outside Lidgetton, in the heart of the Midlands Meander. We’re right on the R103 between Howick and Nottingham Road. Caladdi caters to small, intimate weddings and special events. We’re also close to numerous other wedding venues on the Midlands Meander. We're less than 10 minutes drive from the inspiring Nelson Mandela Capture Site and Apartheid Museum. All the other attractions of the Midlands Meander, including Piggly Wiggly, Spiral Blue, etc. are within easy reach. Caladdi B&B is child friendly and we welcome kids of all ages. We do take pets but this must be pre-arranged with the owners. A walled off outdoor swimming pool is available on the property where guest can relax and soak up the Midlands sun. In a nutshell, Caladdi B&B is the perfect accommodation choice for the overnighter, weekender, or even the longer-staying guest who wants to get away from it all. We can't wait to feed you!! x

An amazing place to stay. Apart from the food and rooms being outstanding, it’s the people who run Caladdi, starting with the owners, Nova and Wayne, who make it so special, and well worth visiting again, and again, and again.

We stayed at a friend’s self catering venue for a wedding and did not want to prepare our own breakfast. Our host kindly booked us in to Caladdi for breakfast. Not only is this a beautiful venue and peaceful, they serve fantastic breakfasts with fresh homemade bread, scones and Crumpets. Relishes and jams are home made too or sourced locally from the amazing Midlands Meander. please note you cannot walk in as this is a B&B so you have to book.

Unfortunately we were unable to secure accommodation for two nights. over a very busy period However we were able to have breakfast on Sunday morning which was really outstanding Started with various fruit dishes followed by scones and crumpets The main course was either poached or scrambled eggs with bacon and toast Finished breakfast with a great cappuccino.Situated in a lovely setting with several horses in the field near by A great way to start a day with a great breakfast and wonderful hosts.
