Stayed here for 3 nights and suspect is much better than other accommodation options nearby. Rooms are large and immaculately clean, both air conditioning and WiFi work well. Staff pleasant and helpful. Ate one evening meal which was fine but not great value, didn’t try breakfast as again at 4euro pp didn’t seem good value. Easy walk into centre of town with multiple restaurants, shops etc
It's the best place in ksamil. The view is fantastic, you can see whole ksamil from there. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. There is also a restaurant and a bar. The owners are very friendly.
Everything was perfect, friendly staff very helpful and so polite The food is so delicious The room was nice and clean They help us in every qusstion we had, it was a pleasure to see such a good service Perfect view,if visit ksamil i recommend "john's guest" house It's worthy
We stayed here for one night only. Everything went perfectly. The room was clean with AC. There's a restaurant in the guesthouse with a spectacular view over the sea. The fresh fish dinner was really tasty! Our balcony was also in a perfect spot for watching the sunset and had a beautiful view over Ksamil and the sea. The staff was also really friendly and helpful. We'd definitely recommend this guest house for all kinds of travellers.
I booked 2 family rooms with sea views but because of a "misunderstanding" by the hotel I received 1 room with a partial sea view overlooking the car park area and 1 with no sea view overlooking the front of the hotel. Televisions were advertised as standard on my booking but neither room had televisions. So we were very disappointed. After much discussion we were given a reduction of about £10 (£5 per room). On the plus side, the family were quite friendly and the location and views from the bar area were excellent. It is a basic hotel. It was quite clean but the double bed in one of the rooms was broken and wobbly. The wiring leaves a lot to be desired, our bathroom light was a wire with a lightbulb hanging down over the door which caught everytime you shut the door. The WiFi was very hit and miss sadly. The air conditioning unit in one room was excellent, the other one in the second room was old and very noisy. Both rooms had fridges which was excellent. There were a lot of young families and hence a lot of noise especially at night. It's an OK basic hotel/guesthouse. For me though I like a higher standard of comfort on holiday so we will not be returning here.…
