On first appearances you think oh they had done some renovating. Nice ceramic tile. Then we got to our room and it looks like it might have been a room for a single person. They added another single bed and put it on a different wall. Such a tight squeeze. The bed frame is about 6 inches from the door. Very narrow shelf to try and put toiletries on. You did get an older couch to put your luggage on. View from the balcony was of the laundry and car park. Bathroom is very small. No enclosed shower. You could hear guests coming and going. Every time someone closed the door. Children calling for their mother's. Traffic until 12:30 a.m. and then starts again at 5:30 a.m. No sound proofing here. Wifi only worked in the lobby. Breakfast was the poorest one we had in all of Albania. Cold hard boiled eggs. Minimal selection of fresh fruit. You had to rent beach chairs. Not a good location if you do not have a car. No, I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is at a good location at the beach, a little bit far from the village though. The room was clean and had air conditioning that worked well. The room was extremely noisy (you could hear the neighbors speak). There was no information about the hotel or surroundings available in the room and there where no room service. The bed was too hard and the pillows were hard and thick. The bathroom was large but the floor leaned in the wrong direction so all water ran out over the bathroom floor. Breakfast cost 400 ALL or 3 EUR/person and consisted of cold eggs, cold coffee, a couple of pices of sausage, bread slices and watermelon, do not expect more than that. (The breakfast costs extra but is included according to their website). Dinner was not available when we stayed in the hotel even though the information given said it should (for additional cost). NOTE! Only cash payment (euro) for the accommodation and what you buy in the bar. NOTE! Keep in mind that the beach at which the hotel is located is private and that you have to rent sunbeds (800 ALL for two beds) as it is not part of the hotel. Bottom line - the hotel is way to expensive for what you get.

I’m verry disappointed. After 3 nights we were made to move rooms. Just so the owner can accommodate another visiting family. Was rude shouted at by the owners wife after we paid all. Always going in our room. Breakfast was not worth the money. Rude never again. Terrible ruined my whole holiday. Decided to leave with two little kids. Also would not return the money. Threatens by the son.

It was awful! When we arrived, after a very long drive, they looked shocked and were very obviously not expecting us even though we had confirmed (through Booking.com) with them the day before. There was no "bar and a restaurant that serves traditional Albanian dishes". In fact there was nothing that they advertised! NO desk, NO free wifi, TV was broken, not enough hot water (even though we were the only ones in the hotel), NO children’s playground on site and NO food. One tiny packet of shampoo was provided for the entire stay for three of us! There was a spacious terrace next to the restaurant...that was closed! It advertised that the centre of Ksamil offered various restaurants, bars and a fresh food market but failed to say that this is not the case in November! Nothing was open. Thank goodness we had a car so we could go and buy some bread at the local shop. Also, they did not "speak our language" as advertised on Booking.com! A total disgrace!

Very good position next to the beach. They don't have their own umbrellas on the beach, but that's what Ksamil is, everyday you should change to a new beach. Very good breakfast with lot of choices. Loved the parking in front of the hotel, cars under the shade. What I didn't like was in the bathroom, no curtain, when you take a shower all bathroom get wet. That's kind of strange, becouse the place is not a cheap one. But it is totally worth the money. Very nice people running the place, very lovely.
