We were recommended this hotel by the owners cousin, hence I didn´t think of investigating. We arrived late at night, and had a family room (2 rooms w shared bathroom). On the roof terrace there was music every night. The music can be heard in all of Ksamil, so imagine the noise! IMPOSSIBLE TO REST! Only 1 room had AC, so the other room was boiling. you couldn´t keep the balcony open, as it would be easy to jump over to the balcony from nearby stairs. We tried to talk to the owner, to at least be able to check out the next day, but she wouldn´t refund us. She found other clients, but refused to refund what we paid, and when refunding what she wished, she even tried to rip us off on an additional €10, so I guess she must be desperate for money. We traveled w a child and despite that, no empathy shown by the owner. Other: no shower curtains so easy to slip on bathroom floor. Water from AC all over terrace. Terrace doors broke. Breakfast poor. Location: ok since Ksamil is small, but nothing beautiful what so ever. You can´t see the sea, only noisy playgrounds around. What a shame of an experience in a country that otherwise only gave us positive interaction w people. This owner is a shame and lacks all professionalism

Firstly, the positives. The room was clean, and the location very central to both restaurants and the beach. Now, what was wrong. The music played on the roof went to 11:30 every night, making sleep impossible before then. The toilet in our room was literally in the shower, making for a very wet and slippery experience. Curtains in the rooms were net curtains and the lights on the outside of the building lit up the room making it difficult to sleep.

I stayed last year with my girlfriend for 1 week. We had a good time, the beach was awesome and very clear. The hotel had good prices and the food was exceptional. Traditional dishes and awesome tastes.

Clean hotel, near the sea about 200 meters. Very good traditional food. The best was 'musaka', made of vegetables and meat. Plenty of sunshine. moreover there was live music one night. definitely will come back

Very comfortable, clean and air conditioned rooms; also i enjoyed the good music during the evenings; and finally i had the chance to try some excellent traditional food. Close to the beach and to the village's center. A good place to have a good time.
