Beds were clean. Coffee maker wasn’t. Rooms and lobby feel a little worn, which made me hesitant to touch remote, light switches, etc. Basic hotel room. On the other hand, provision of umbrellas on downpour day was much appreciated, and staff were friendly. Bath products were

I’ve stayed here several times, and this place never disappoints. It’s clean, the staff is very friendly, and the moon-themed decor is tasteful but fun. The bed and pillows are quite comfortable. The roof-top bar is a good time. Many restaurants and music venues are within an

We always stay at the Moonrise when we're going to a concert at The Pageant. They always take very good care of us and make sure we have everything we need. The rooms are always clean and room service is always on time (their eggs are awesome). It's located on the Delmar strip

Thank you for sharing your recent experience! We have added information to public areas on the trolley such as the schedule and stops so it is more readily available to guests. We recently modified hours of Eclipse and thought we changed all the websites to reflect the current hours but if you found one different than closing at 10:00pm please let me know and I can look into correcting the information, in the mean time we will try and track down that posting out there on the web someplace. Thank you for the feedback and we are happy you enjoyed your time at Moonrise. Jake Westcott Assistant General Manager

Do the suites have a door that shuts the bedroom off from the living area?
I didn’t stay in a suite, I had a conventional room.

Valet parking? Self parking? Secure lot? Fee?
They offer valet parking, but I’m not sure of the fee. There is a free parking lot behind the hotel. The lot is just a standard parking lot. As some reviews have stated, you do have to walk across the alley and through the valet area to get to the front door of the hotel from the parking lot. The lot is shared with a concert venue next door. Once the lot is full your only real option is valet. We parked in the lot when we checked in and used Uber or Lyft as needed.
