Use to be my favorite hotel in the area. Now they only offer 2 drinks for a hour instead of the normal evening social service and the breakfast is limited and starts at 7. A lot of us business people need to be on the road by than. Internet is very poor and only works on occasions. Hopefully they will get back to what I use to expect and receive from a embassy hotel!

I am so sorry for your disappointment in the hotel. I will have my chief engineer complete spot checks of our internet service. Since we did a huge upgrade to the number of access points and bandwidth about three years ago, we have not had issues with internet speed or connectivity. I will have him ensure the system is working optimally at all access points. Our breakfast during the week starts at 6:30 actually. From 6:30 until 7am, breakfast is grab and go. At 7am we open our hot breakfast which is served from our cooked to order station. We currently are unable to do cooked to order so that we can ensure social distancing. However, we have a large variety of options from which you can choose. We too are anxious to be past the restrictions required to operate during the pandemic. In the meantime, we are always looking for ways to ensure a great guest experience in the midst of the restrictions. We appreciate the feedback so we can improve during these unprecedented times.

We rented the two room two queen bed suite. They were full xl and not queen. The tag on the 15 year old mattress said so. An xl is five inches longer than a regular full mattress. Other than that it was ok. Pretty much what you'd expect in an older room. I usually take an extension cord with me and glad I did. The bedside next to the window has no plugs. Would've rated higher if not mislead by the bed size.

I will research what specific room you were in during your stay. A couple of years ago we replaced all of our full beds with queen size beds. To my knowledge we did not miss a single room during that project. Additionally, during our recent renovation, additional plugs were added into the lamps on the night stands and each of the other table lamps in the guest rooms. I appreciate the feedback so we can investigate the information you have shared with us.

Our stay was just okay. I understand that things are different due to COVID, but the breakfast was not good at all. The hotel was clean and felt very sterile. The staffs were friendly. We got a 2 queen size room and they were okay except for a big hole on the wall from the doorknob. They missed to put a door knob wall shield
