I booked "Century City Luxury Apartments" twice. Once ended up at Matrix where it took more than two hours to check in. Key to basement parking wouldn't work, staff on duty was rude and not helpful at all. Did complain - no reaction except excuses. Second time around we ended up in Apex Apartments. Awkward checking-in system - will not be comfortable being on my own. Bed not suitable for (luxury) rental apartment. Fitted sheet did not fit - too small. Only one cushion per person. Found more in the cupboard but no pillow cases. One bath sheet, one bath towel and one hand towel for two people? NO toilet paper in the unit and no-one to ask. No cold beverages - not even water. Horrible.
