There are self-catering chalets located right on the beach, casitas or beautifully lawned and well-shaded camp sites Morrungulo Lodge also offers a restaurant and bar which has fantastic views of the palm-fringed bay Take a dip in the infinity pool whilst sipping on your sundowner. Each chalet is set within its own private garden, within metres of the beachfront and offers stunning secluded views of the beach and the sweeping bay. Chalets are designed to cater for 4, and up to a maximum of 6 people. Casitas are set a little back from the chalets and they too cater for a maximum of 6 people. We also have a luxury villa with its own spa pool and sundowner deck, offering panoramic views of the bay. This has been voted amongst the best beaches in Inhambane with some of the finest diving spots with fascinating vibrant corals and other marine life. Leatherback turtles are often seen in front the lodge.

Spectacular beach with excellent fishing, swimming, snorkling and good family fun! Morrungulo has been our December holiday destination for the past 3 years. I have been going to Mozambique for the past 20 years. The past seven years we are enjoying Morrungulo Beach Lodge and we are coming back again each year! Excellent facilities and all are like one big family during holiday seasons.
