It was our first trip to Moz and what a brilliantly beautiful place with friendly people, stunning beaches and fascinating activities!

The Casas are just off the beach with a stretch of grassland and sand and a beach road between the villas and the sea.

The Mad Mozzi bar was great to have so close and Marco was a delight. We were the only guests barring one other couple. We were met by the caretaker but didn't see anyone other than the cleaners our whole stay.

The accommodation was very basic and rustic but all clean and everything worked. My only complaint would be the exceptionally lumpy bedding, one set of towels for the week...and the "bit worn with holes" mosquito net.

February was scorching hot and there were many mosquitoes! The pool was great to cool off in and the Braai area good to have so you don't pay to eat out every day.

All in all, a lovely trip and we will be back...perhaps in cooler months!

This was the best place for me and my boyfriend! A clean little bungalow near the beach. The owner of the place is very kind and friendly. The beaches are beautiful and not crowded at all. Its a very calm place perfect for friends or couples, not the place for party in Inhambane. The only thing to notice is that the food is simple but fresh, dont bother of high expectations on the meals around Casas Delight, eat french fries and burgers and pizza.

You will be happy with this stay, I promise!
Cant stop dreaming of getting back to this beautiful place! :)

My boyfriend and I traveled to this resort during the rainy season but it was still super hot. The resort was easy to find and right on the beach. The interior of the chalets is very basic but functional.it provided everything we needed from very hot water all the time to a good working gas stove.I loved the fact that they provided mosquito nets and we had a lady cleaning our unit everyday throughout our 6 day stay. The only disappointment was that the fridge did not pick up power and it was easy for food to rot. I must say the most amazing thing was the views of the ocean from our bedroom and the soothing sound of the waves at night. We had the pleasure of eating at the on side restaurant that the resort has. Chef Manuel makes the most delicious seafood meals. A shout out goes to our barman Marco who always served us drinks with a smile. Thank you to Anna and her amazing staff. We had a blizz.

The owners are lovely - friendly, informative and helpful. The casa we stayed in needed a good spring clean and some desperate maintenance. The crockery was old and dusty (cobwebs in the frying pan). A short walk to Mad Mozzies - the resort's restaurant and bar on the awesome beach. Mad Mozzies food and vibe was good. Although many items on the menu were not available.

The chalets are beautifully built and you fall asleep to the sound of the waves with a lovely sea breeze on your face. All in all an awesome experience which I would definitely recommend especially to anyone looking to go for a romantic getaway. The owners were very friendly and helpful even though we only arrived at two in the morning.

We loved our home away from home!! Anna & Andre are down to earth, welcoming people. They treat their staff and guests like family. Cheffy Manuel cooked us up fresh lobster and tasty barracuda, we enjoyed right at the beach!! Marco always made sure we had drinks in hand, service with a smile! Our little hut was perfect! The rooms are clean, the showers are hot, and there are kitchen supplies if you want to make a braai or hot tea/coffee. This little get away spot has the relaxing island vibes to make you want to stay a little longer!! Thank you Casas Delight for making our stay at Barra Beach a memorable one!! Until next time!! xo

The Casita (Lau) was a little bungalow with two bunk beds pushed together with a thin and extremely lumpy matress, duvet cover had bleach stains and was very dusty. Mosquito net had stains and two holes, the toilet needed cleaning. This resort has the potential of being a awesome holiday destination it just needs a bit of work done to bring it up to standard.
