The room was big, beds and pillows were comfortable although the beds appear to be full size rather that the typical queen size in most hotels. The bathroom was not cleaned well. There was a used washcloth hanging on the shower curtain rod and a used bath towel crumpled up in one of the open cabinet/cubbies. The bathroom was also a little rundown. The rest of the room appeared to be cleaned to Hilton standards. The room was warm despite the AC being set to a fairly low temperature. It was cool enough to be able to sleep but never really cooled down as it should have. We ended up setting the thermostat to 68 but it never cooled down lower than mid-upper 70s. We were also told that our linens for the sofa sleeper would be in the closet but there weren’t any, and we had to go back down to the desk. And in the morning we had to go back down again for a hair dryer (ours apparently walked away with a previous guest and it went unnoticed) and a 4th towel since one of ours appeared to have been used. The room also had a stale smoke smell when we walked in. The location was good. The staff was friendly. Parking was great, right under the hotel. And the hotel itself was very quiet, although I think there were very few guests the night we stayed (only a few cars in the parking garage). We typically love Hilton brand hotels but this one left a lot to be desired.

Two hundred words is not enough to describe the problems with this hotel. I was afraid to touch anything in the bathroom. It might end up on the floor. No hair dryer to be found. Thirty dollars for parking. And cars parked in handicap spots. And no food anywhere one restaurant in walking distance.

This hotel is disgusting and overpriced. It costs $30 to park in the parking garage that the hotel OWNS, the comforters and towels were stained, TV remotes were missing/broken and there was no TV guide, no instructions of any kind available in the room, there were not a lot of food options in the neighborhood and it wasn't the best area in general from what we saw, there were stains on the closet door and the ceiling, only one trash can in the bedroom, the bathroom was cramped and only set up for one guest, the windows were filthy, the keycards only worked sporadically, there were no sheets on the bed just another blanket thrown down, and there was dusty spots around the room and bathroom. Considering that this was a room supposedly cleaned up to the new COVID standards, I'd hate to see what the rooms used to look like. All in all, save yourself the trouble and go to any other hotel. If you want to stay at a Hilton, there's another DoubleTree hotel 8 minutes away that has an indoor pool and free parking.

The staff was very rude the housekeepers did not do their job and upon check out while voicing my opinion about that nothing was done not even an apology. And I have stayed in a lot of hotels I was very dissatisfied

The hotel is sort of run down. There were stains on the carpet in our room, the bathroom was tiny, you get the tiniest amenities I've ever seen. There is NO housekeeping--no room cleaning, and if you want more towels or anything else, you have to go down to reception to ask. Not really a big deal, but when I asked for more towels and coffee, they gave me one of each, when there were multiple guests in the room. Breakfast is a to-go bag. A muffin, fruit, juice, snack bars, etc. All sugar, but what are ya gonna do? The gal working the front desk in the morning was super nice, but her replacement at night clearly didn't want to be there. Now, can we talk about the location? Ugh. Creepily devoid of cars and pedestrians, except for hoodlums and homeless people. My daughter and I walked 0.2 of a mile to Target and it was frightening. We could have easily been mugged, or worse. Even the door to the hotel is locked--you have to be buzzed in if you don't have your virtual key. (Despite this, one time we came out of our upper floor room and there was a homeless man by the elevators, smoking weed and muttering to himself.) I would not stay there again.
