I was a little nonplussed when I arrived initially: at the entrance off the street, it isn't evident that the hotel lobby isn't at ground level! You take a lift up a few floors and then enter the hotel. The staff were pleasant throughout my stay and I was surprised at the

Comfortable, clean, quiet and very nice. This will always be our hotel of choice when visiting our son in college. They also offer good rates for students and parents. Breakfast is a must and theirs is wonderful.

The breakfast was very good, but grapes had seeds and pancakes were not fresh. The rest was great. Parking ramp is $25 a night. That was not expected. I figured it was part of the room. Pool was clean and with 2 hot tubs it was very comfortable. Couldn't ask for more

I’m not one to leave reviews often, but I was highly disappointed in my stay. I have stayed in many Hyatt in the past and I have never had an issue. Just so others know, they put a 250 dollar incidental hold which is higher than any hotel I have ever stayed in. I unfortunately

Dear Guest, Thank you for filling out a Hyatt Place survey however I feel it maybe for the incorrect hotel. Our hotel has two hot tubs and are located right next to the pool, can not be missed. We authorized for room and tax plus 30 dollars to cover any incidentals one might have. This authorization is released upon check out and generally hit the account with in 24-48 hours depending on your financial institution. We only have self parking, no valet. We have breakfast available for all World of Hyatt members and it is free to sign up. Judging from the review it seems you may have stayed at a full service Hyatt Regency. If you feel that it was indeed our hotel feel free to call anyone of our management team and we can discuss options to make this right. Thank you.

Good value for the money. Not a fan of the frosted sliding door for the bathroom, the light would wake everyone up when one guest went to the bathroom at night. Parking was easy in the ramp under the building.

Used, crusty towel, hanging on the rack.

Yes, they have parking that you turn into down the alley past the main entrance. If you have a larger vehicle it's a bit tight getting out, but can be done. It is an easy walk to the stadium.

It is very walkable as far as I can tell. There's no major roadways between the hotel and the stadium. We could see it from the hotel window and it is very close. We were there to see baseball and that was a lot further away. The hotel is located on the 9th floor and is very nice. Hope this helps.

You should be fine. We've had our Yukon XL there. It's a little tight when entering but the actual ramps are fine.
