We have visited ALL of the Myconian collection hotels and stayed in three. In my opinion the Villas is the best of ALL of the group. The location is perfect if you want to chill and the shuttle to town is great if you don't! The staff are really friendly and the General manager Anastasios is also very really personable and helpful. The views are amazing from almost every aspect, the whole place is immaculate and the rooms are stunning. We stayed in a corner suite which was incredible so thank you very much to the manager George and his team! Personally I don't like the beach which is why I love the fantastic pool and cocktail bar right next to it! Ive stayed in Mykonos many times but this is the first hotel I have thought warranted reviewing. Many thanks to all of the staff especially Bridget and Stelianos at the pool. See you next year!

Having read other reviews I agree that you need to see the other hotels in this group to understand which best suits you and your holiday experience. We choose the right hotel for us. The hotel itself felt calm, clean and relaxing from the first moment on arrival. Our room was beautiful with our own pool which was further away from the main pool area so lovely and private. The bed was the most comfortable I have slept in away from my own bed at home, again the room was decorated very tastefully and was relaxing. Just a slight surprise for me was the charge of two euros for a coffee pod (and no provision of milk) in the room, given the cost of the holiday and that we were easily paying over 40 euros for a bottle of wine it seems a bit odd. Also there is no door to the bathroom which took a little getting used too! That said it was a beautiful room. The food was fabulous, I recommend visiting the Greek taverna in the Royal hotel next door, relaxed good Greek food and the staff were brilliant! Thanks Yannis for a great time! Overall the team at the Myconoian Villas were brilliant, they alone made our stay very special, Katerina and her team in the restaurant couldn’t have been more helpful and so friendly thank you. Also special thanks to Adonis at the bar you were amazing.

We recently spent three nights at the Villas and “wow” – real 5 star establishment in every sense but, and here is the but, it is important to decide what you want from your stay in Mykonos. The Villas are very close to a super beach but at least 30 minutes’ drive to Mykonos Town where the action is at night. Yes, the hotel has a shuttle (they will shuttle you just about anywhere including the airport on departure – very handy) but the shuttle only leaves at certain times and is mostly overfull meaning that there is a scramble for seats and if you are left behind you wait another hour. Plan on a 2 hour round trip to Town (includes walking to and from the drop off point). Downside, the water is not drinkable anywhere on the Island and the hotel will happily sell you water at €5 per litre. Coming from Africa that was quite a price! After visiting 3 other hotels around Greece (we were island-hopping) which all gave us free tea and coffee in our room it was very annoying to find we had to pay 2 euros for a Nespresso pod! No kettle anywhere, so if you liked a cup of tea in the morning – tough luck! I am not sure this is right for a 5-star establishment.
Managers George and Anastasios were great. Always visible and if they said something they kept their word. Rooms very spacious and functional with everything you need if you are planning to spend time in your room and at the pool. Great place to relax and enjoy the views but, expensive and not for the backpack traveler although if based in Europe you may finds the prices acceptable. Outstanding breakfasts. In all worth the visit but far from Town and the action.

Dear Guest,   Thank you for sharing your review and glad to know that your stay was overall pleasant.   We have taken into consideration all your remarks and we will try to make improvements on areas that have been mentioned on your review.  I would like to take this opportunity though to offer another point of view based on your writings.   1. The location of the resort is indeed on a 25 min drive from Mykonos town as we clearly mention online, although I am aware that your travel agent was not very accurate to his description to you. Our guests choose our location based on their preference to stay close to the private section on Elia beach and take advantage of our complimentary sunbeds rather than stay closer to town where they will need to make a daily research on accessing beach locations around the island.  2. Our shuttle service connects our property with Mykonos town 8 times during the day and it is stationed to the closest point that cars can reach the traditional village of Mykonos town. I need to clarify at this point that our shuttle service does not support routes to other locations around the island, as mentioned in your review. 3. On a daily basis we provide complimentary two bottles of water to all rooms, suites and villas of the resort. Indeed the water from the local utility company is not drinkable as in any other island of Greece. The Nespresso capsules are provided under a fixed cost, which is not the norm, neither the exception. However, we are not advertising any complimentary service and obviously this is not to be expected by any guest as a free choice. Likewise, there is a vast amount of 5star hotels or resorts around the world (including our island) not even offering breakfast in their room price, therefore they are not offering as a choice too, on the price description. Rest assured though that we are considering of changing this policy for the new season.   I really enjoyed meeting you and thank you for recognizing the fine quality of our Hotel.   We hope will have the pleasure of welcoming you back again to our resort. Kind regards, Anastasios Naoum General Manager

It’s not often I come on and write a review ...
but I feel after the amazing stay and service
I couldn’t leave it, all was so fanstastic I’m not sure I can put into a review, but I will try ....
The hotel is perfection the location, the views , the rooms, staff and cleanliness were 10/10 and above.
The staff were so helpful polite and literally couldn’t do enough for us, even the general manager himself was so personable always asking after our stay
We really did feel valued by everyone
We are already online booking for next year, and can’t wait
Thankyou myconian villa collection for an amazing holiday and stay :)

I would strongly recommend staying in this hotel, we have stayed in others in the collection but the villas are definitely our favourite. It’s not just down to the beautiful rooms, amazing pool and restaurant.
It’s largely down to Anasastios and his team, it’s like one big happy family - which you feel part of. Nothing is to much trouble, they go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. Everything is easy, even getting to the town they run a free bus service until midnight - where else can you go and party and get home for free!!!
The saddest thing is they close in October, so we’ll have to wait until next year to revisit paradise.
